Worth the drive. Good spot for families or couples.. didn't seem crowded at all for cdn spring break time. Gym was nice but too small. Food was great and beach and pools we more that what ya need. Workers were happy and nice to be around. They were happy as its something i pay attention to. Good time 😊

Beautiful big pools with great activities staff. Entertainment was fun, great food, especially the taco bar on the beach, French restaurant in the train car and the Mexican and Japanese restaurants. Main buffet was varied and excellent as well. Bar service on the beach, Beautiful marble in the main building. We loved our junipr suite with beach view - jad an outdoor seating area and two lounge chairs, and a 10 meter walk out to the beach! Onsite diveshop as well. Skip the Iberostar sales pitch.

The only complaint I have about this place is the food. I felt like there was no seasoning on any of the food.. I felt like the desserts were all very bland. We literally went to get the food.

Stayed here seven days with hubby, pros- friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms every day by housekeeping, free Wi-Fi, plenty of food and drinks, even at the pool area, spacious resort, and well kept grounds, fun, hibachi restaurant, no crowds and plenty of complementary lawn chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Cons- very far from the Boardwalk, about 55 minutes to boardwalk and airport, terrible steaks at LaBahia, no maps or orientation at check in, pricey shops ($12 for small bag of chocolate cashews), nothing walking distance outside resort.

Buffet food was great!! Other restaurants didn't have that much of variety on the menu.

Loved our stay, room was very nice (just some very small things like a stain on one pillowcase etc), staff were excellent, food was very good (however the restaurants alternate days that they're open so it limits your daily options a tiny bit), tons of loungers available at the beach and pool, drinks were good, things to do were good/average for an all inclusive. We would definitely consider coming back. The app was awesome, it gave us updates when our room was clean and reminders for reservations etc.

Just got home. This place exceeded all my expectations and has become my favorite Mexico resort. Food was incredible, place was super clean, staff was very friendly. 10/10 (Oceanfront room, bathroom had a septic smell on check in, but we ran the shower a few minutes and continued to in the mornings and never had another issue!)

The first question in this survey should be, did you stay at Iberostar Selection Playa Mita.

Location of resort is great - safe, walkable and swimmable beach. Quiet location, beautiful scenery. Facilities are excellent and the layout of the resort makes for a relaxing experience. Our room was very nice - although we did have a problem on check-in that we were given a 2 double bed room when we'd specifically requested a king bed room. This was corrected the next day and we moved rooms for the duration of the stay.

The soundproofing is poor, so it was extremely noisy. The food was all disappointing. The lunch options were very limited, and it was the first time I’ve ever left a place still feeling this hungry.
