Clean good staff amazing food

The hotel is huge, no enough navigation & event program to guide the clients. In addidin to that, I had always waited at least min 15 min for food & drinks, sevice was not sufficent!!

great staff, clean rooms, great location. Half of the hotel was under renovation but still it was running flawless.

I loved this hotel nothing was too much trouble the staff were so friendly.The guest relation helped me by printing my return boarding pass and my room was so spacious as was the patio area couldnt have wised for more thank you Miracle for making my stay with so enjoyable kind regards Anne Thompson x

Everything was great. Clean, helpful staff, and tasty food. We enjoyed the sea, activities, and the mini golf. Would visit again.

Otel genel olarak güzeldi.Restoran bölümü büyük ve çeşitliydi.Havuz ve spa bölümü genel olarak iyiydi.Odalar temiz ve büyüktü.Çok kalabalık olduğu için havuz kenarında şezlong bulmakta zorlandık şezlong sayısı arttırılabilir.

Was really good, the waiting time for the evening to get food was too high, could improve on that also the kids menu and soft play could be improved but apart from that it was really food. One of the best resorts iv stayed at 👍

The resort facilities are good, however, service was very bad. Room amenities were not provided completely and were provided after multiple requests. Most of the staff was rude too.

Everything was perfect for a cuple abd a baby But it would be perfect if they have a bar on the bridge like the naibors They have a sea bar but it would be more fun if its in the sea

Excellent resort to stay in visited with family alot of activities for kids too. Room was nice only drawback was mattress were not too comfy but overall very good holidays spent in miracle resort.

Great hotel. Good amenities.

We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were in good condition. The beds hard not too comfy. The room clean but no Kleenex boxes were available in the rooms and when we asked the cleaning lady she said they don’t provide any. The beach was nice and the pools were nice. The food buffet was great. Lots of options and I loved that it was NOT self serve. It’s cleaner to have someone pour the food for you and the glass wall helps keep peoples germs out. The food and ice cream at the food corners by the pool were good too.

Staff was great and very polite. Property had a lot of amenities and it’s family friendly. I would recommend!
