It was a good place for the price and close to things and very quiet

Did not like parking

Comfortable beds. They helped us stay on first floor, which made luggage handling easy. Had breakfast at Cracker Barrel almost across the street. I would stay there again. Not fancy but nicer than others we saw in this category.

Only issue i had was that tge room was super hot when we arrived and took a very long time to cool diwn. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Old but good everything we needed

All was good except finding hair in the bathtub and floor of bathroom

I have mobility issues. The check in clerk assigned me to an accessible room which was just what I needed. He was excellent. Excellent room. Clean. Quiet.

This is an older property, but offered an affordable rate. The bed was comfortable and had protective coverings on the mattresses. The room seemed clean. They do not offer a breakfast, but Waffle House shares the Peking lot with them. Overall, it was worth the money for the one night we stayed

We stayed in gatlinburg for a week but just wasn’t ready to go home yet so extended our stay for one night at this hotel and we have zero complaints! Staff was wonderful at check in, beds were comfy, the room was much bigger than I expected. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked very clean from what we could see. We would definitely recommend this place!

Clean and quiet.

Some customers with little kids were using the pool at 2am in the morning disturbing my ability to sleep.

Everything was great , nice hot water in the shower and sink didn’t have a smell to it room very clean staff was very nice and very helpful the price you could not beat at all the hotel is so close to everything didn’t waste any gas on going to shops or eateries at all walking was nice totally recommend 100 percent

Perfect for just one night. No frills but you’re not paying a rate for that. The room was spacious enough and clean, just dated. Only stayed one night so it was perfect for that. Easy check in and out and no issues with parking. Staff was also nice. Convenient to lots of things in Pigeon Forge. We were able to walk to Dolly’s Stampede.

Found this hotel last minute because of price. Prompt courteous service at check in made a stressed say easier. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

The room was very worn. The carpet was frayed in several spots, the wall paper was peeling and there was a hole around the water faucet in the shower and it almost pulled out of the wall.

We were just it a clean place to stay on a long weekend getaway. No frills, but clean, comfortable, and inexpensive for the area. Would definitely stay again.

convenient to many things but used to be well maintained and now in past year building, rooms, and facilities are shabby and even the pool is cracked/falling apart all over. not up to the decent standards in past years. why is a mystery. rates ok but its starting to look like a run down and unsafe motel 6 with dubious clientelle. Fix it up fast.

You got what you paid for. The room wasn't clean. I picked up at least 4 pieces of small trash and found a soda bottle between the bed and the wall by the bathroom. Stains on the chair and bedspread. A small hole in the desk chair back. There were rips/lifting/separating of the carpet, such as it was, around the edges and doorways. The last night we had ants covering the cabinet under the TV, that came from behind the cabinet. The parking was good. They accommodated us having a ground floor room and there were lots of dining options.
