Being able to park the car inside property gates, walk to town. Rooms were clean and modern with great lighting.

I am an avid traveler, and I have been travelling for 3 weeks hence I have tried many hotels, this one is one of the worst hotels with very rude staff. Upon checking in, the staff refused to speak in english, even though they spoke fluently, they presented us with a room with broken door and AC. After discussion over how we need the room door to lock, they moved us to another room with broken AC. They were very rude after we accidentally bumped into the lamp and were very disrespectful. They made us feel very unwelcomed and unsafe in regards to staying at the hotel. After requesting to speak with the hotel manager, we were told that the manager does not have time for us. The midnight staff were also unhelpful and not polite when we inquired about the broken AC. The room was full of fly and very hot . Upon checkout, there was no one at the desk but the cleaning lady

This is a very nice, small hotel. The appointments and rooms are wonderful. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

This is a small hotel and you quickly get to know the front desk and staff.

Lovely haven from which to explore Foligno and enjoy stunning locations slightly further afield like Spello snd Assisi. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Excellent lighting. Quiet in spite of being central and able to walk into town. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and staff always on hand and very friendly and helpful

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The receptionist was very sweet. The location could not be better. The only problem was the ants and the lack of hooks in the bathroom.

Property is centrally located and very well maintained. Staff are exceptional. The beds need upgrading because mattresses are very uncomfortable.

A nice facility, close to the train station. Very comfortable room and bed. I did not like the base of the desk lamp in the shape of an assault rifle. Seemed like a glorification of violence in our already violence-saturated culture, particularly in the US. Beautiful bathroom. Really nice hot water. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff

Very modern amenities in a classic building. Very quiet. Easy walk to many Foligno restaurants recommended by staff.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years and it has always been excellent.

The staff were very friendly. Glasses were missing in the bathroom. Very good support in directions of local sites to see.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. I would rate it a 2 star at best. The pictures provided online are nothing like the hotel. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood. It was absolutely filthy and had a horrible smell. I would never come back or recommend this establishment.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very well located just steps of the train station to visit the wonderful mediaval town of Spello. Don’t miss it. The hotel has a very nice breakfast and the room and bath are excellent.

We were on a traveling vacation, and decided to use Foligno as a base to explore southern Umbria. The location was great as it was two blocks from the historical city center, which is very nice for exploring Foligno. The hotel was beautifully renovated with care taken to modernize while stilling keeping the elegance of this beautiful villa of the early 1900’s. The bathroom was spacious and very modern, the linens, towels, etc were of a very high quality, the breakfast spread was very nice with a great assortment. Also, staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. Valeria, the hotel manager, gave us great ideas for day tripping around the area(we went to Spello, Montefalco, and Bevagna). We would absolutely stay there again when we’re in the area.

Really small room comparable in size to tiny Manhattan hotel rooms. Breakfast was so sparse I passed on it. Unless I could book a suite I would not stay here again.

We loved our stay at this classy, elegant hotel. The room was outstanding. So comfortable. The bath was clean and well appointed. Every amenity was thought of. The breakfast was brilliant. The coffee was delicious. But most importantly the service was attentive and friendly. You feel as though you are the only guests and we were not. Everyone walks around with a big grin on their faces. The location is perfect. Close to the main pedestrian streets and restaurants. Sadly we were only there for one night. We will look forward to an excuse to pass their way again.
