Hotel right in the center of District 1, new, clean, offered tamarind juice upon check-in, super delicious, with voucher for drinks at the restaurant, gentle staff, 8-point breakfast buffet with few dishes but good quality, worth trying

Room is not well decorated, old bath tub with noise and breakfast was horrible.

The hotel is quite old, not empty, I went to the bathroom and still had my hair

This is my 3rd time staying here. Effortless check in process although there is only 1 lift. No pools here but as much as enjoy a quick dip inside their jacuzzi tub. What I love are the sheets and comfy pillows.

The staff from the reception to the guard did not have a smiling attitude, especially the cashier's girlfriends. Monday as soon as the arrival was collected before the room, because of the nature of the work so I do not know exactly when to check out, Maybe 12 o'clock the next day or evening, so I have to pay into several times in each stage When I check out, I carry a heavy bag when I check out, but the guard does not have the attitude to help move things, summarizing disappointment and never returning for the second time.

Overall stay was good but would have preferred 2 hotel cards issued as the air con was slow to cool the place. The front office wanted to keep our passport but we felt it was unsafe as we do not see any safe around the counter. There is also possibility of the staff giving the wrong passport to customer. Managed to take back passport only after some persuasion Other than that overall was good.

Good room, good neighborhood , good services

We arrived early at 6am due to the overnight bus ride from Nha Trang, the staff greeted us very warmly and kept our belongings. Small room, full of utensils, jacuzzi bath is special and memorable. We are very impressed. The hotel is located near the Ben Thanh Market, just walk about 5p to the place or you call grab wherever convenient. The hotel has a dining room on the 8th floor and a jacuzzi, the dishes are relatively simple enough. We will come back if we are here.
