I stayed at the lower room category with twin bed setting. It’s really comfortable for our one night stay! Recommended for short term stay!

The hotel wasn't actually that bad. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was cool. But the worst thing was the bathroom. The bathroom layout was the strangest I've ever experienced. The sink was next to the bed. We chose an XL size room for three people, and when my friend washed her hands at the sink, splashes of water onto the person sleeping. There was no towel rack in the bathroom, but the separate toilet had one. I don't understand why they separated the bathroom, toilet, and sink in that way. There were also tons of mirrors and bedside lamps.

Everything was great except the room wasn't soundproof. The cleaning lady made noise five times, waking me up every five times.

An aesthetic hotel with a great location on the beach, close to the night market. Very nice.

The location is close to the beach & strategic, you can walk everywhere, I wanted to explore the food in Pattaya so I didn't eat at the Mood Hotel restaurant, but the bathroom design is strange, it's transparent so it's difficult to change clothes, but it's suitable for honeymooners.

It was great! The hotel is lovely, I loved it. The location is good, not too far to walk. Excellent! I wasn't disappointed. It might be a little chaotic because there are quite a lot of Chinese tourists, but overall it's good and worth the price.

Very satisfied with this hotel. The design is so cute... Near to the beach and Terminal 21. Easy to walk around. Will be back if I come to Pattaya again.

The family really enjoyed staying at Mood Hotel, because the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the hotel was nice and unique in design.

The location was great. It's near the beach, near Central Mall, and local street night food. Need improvement in the room cleanliness, but so far it's a good hotel.

A cute and unique hotel with an all-yellow design that symbolizes a happy mood. It's strategically located near Pattaya Beach. However, the bathrooms don't have locks, and the rooms are too small, causing you to constantly bang your head against the TV.

The kids loved the cute hotel interior, proximity to Pattaya Beach… The CI/CO process was easy.

Close to the beach and shopping areas (just a few minutes' walk). Has a swimming pool. The reception staff were friendly and cheerful. Overall, it's okay.

The staff is nice, the hotel is clean, I recommend it... it's comfortable, even though the room is small and the toilet is small, but it's comfortable because it's clean.
