Ideal quiet location, room was spotless and cleaned daily. Staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Used the restaurant most night, food and service great. Buffet style breakfast was great.

Absolutely amazed with a fully functional sauna/shower in our room. Room was clean and tidy, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Little disappointed with breakfast as I would have preferred a full English breakfast but the continental breakfast had plenty of options

Bed at the property was hard. Other than that it was a good stay

Extremely nice property if you like cleanliness and luxury in a very quiet setting. Good food, great wine, great service. Only drawback it is not in the center but not a problem once you figure out the outstanding Krakow public transport. It will cost you 4 zlotys to get to the center in 10 minutes.

Only 1 big problem. Shower head tilted when pressure increased and wet the whole floor. Big mess.

Good hotel

Nice place, quite close to airport. Amazing food, very big portions, really very big :) served with excellent wine.

Historic building and cozy hotel but to far from downtown (45min). Excellent breakfast.

Comfortable place, if somewhat outdated. Close to a busy road. Would probably opt for a hotel in the city center next time. The hotel is fine, but 5* (as it is advertized) is quite a stretch.

Absolutely excellent experience, both for service and rooms (as we also dined in hotel's restaurant, we can add food to this bill, too).

Nice clean hotel with a great resturant. The reception gave us a warm welcome and was good to provide information about the city. Breakfast was excellent!

Arriving late we did not get a particularly friendly welcome from the front desk chap. Our room was nice but during the night/early morning we were woken by the smell of smoke and people chatting outside, this was due to the casino customers. We asked to be moved the next morning and they obliged, putting us in the disabled room! It was very clean and comfortable but the traffic noise, main road outside, and some smell of smoke still found its way in the room. The breakfast was full of "Polish" offerings, which was nice, but a couple of people commented that salad for breakfast was not their choice! The casino was a novelty initially - first free drink and 50% off second, but the smoke soon put us off. We love walking so the distance, 6km from the city sights, wasn't a problem for us, but after a long day in the heat/rain, a taxi would be most peoples option. The cleanliness and comfortable beds ticked all the boxes, so too the restaurant staff, but the staff on the desk could have been a little more friendly.

Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the trams to the city. Very helpful staff, particularly the receptionist . Breakfast was varied and delicious.. Free parking

amazing place to stay

My wife and I visited Poland for 2 weeks this September (2016). One of our stops was Krakow, where we stayed for 5 days in this beautiful hotel (Kosciuszko). The hotel was immaculate. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodations were exquisite (our room was incredible and featured the softest and most comfortable bed in Poland), A++++ food (world class-best food I have ever had at a hotel), a casino downstairs, and was a mere 10 minutes away from Old Town. THIS is the place to stay in Krakow.

Hotel is a 5 min drive from old town, but was a terrific value. Great breakfast and dinners. Service was excellent. We would go back again.
