The room was horrible, the spiders were all over the place! I found a hair on the bad , not sure if they even changed the bad sheets!

The beds in our room were missing protective padding on the corners, and as a result, both my sister and I hit our shins multiple times, causing visible bruising and discomfort. This not only created a painful experience, but it also raised serious concerns about the safety standards being maintained at your property. We spoke tona gentleman in managment and he stated he had hit his a couple of times himself and will have aomeone look at it. I told him we were going to an appt. and our personal belongings were not put away. When we returned from appt. ,office was closed. We attempted the next day as well, and management wasn't there. We checked out that day. We believe this issue could have easily been prevented with proper attention to detail and maintenance.

Location and breakfast.

The room was ok but the front desk and elevators are old and not updated. The room was spacious. It said non-smoking but smelled of smoke so I sprayed the room. Otherwise the room was clean.

The hallway on the 3rd floor has an odor. The chairs in the dining area badly need replaced. Bedding could be updated. New pillows

This was a great location for a long weekend away. We didn't want to be in the middle of downtown but in walkable distance to restaurants, so this was perfect!

Clean and breakfast was good, needs more fruit options besides, Apple, Banana and Orange

Overall very good for most of the stay. On Saturday, miscommunication caused stripped beds and delayed on towels request.

Great location for Buffalo marathon! Ample parking.

Great hotel for viewing the Buffalo marathon. Very limited parking. Friendly staff. Property is a bit worn but more than adequate.

Recent upgrades make the property comfortable, but the bathroom was small and on-site parking is limited.
