Hotel is great. Away from the busy areas of Naples.

My wife and I spent one (1) night at the Cristina Hotel and had to leave at 3:30 the next day for the airport. The employee at the front desk booked a taxi for us and even prepared two (2) complementary breakfast boxes for us to enjoy at the airport. A very thoughtful gesture on his part, which we greatly appreciated.

Clean and green. Overnight stay from long flight. Breakfast included with nice pastries. Parking is what’s available on the street. Staff very pleasant.

My room was very clean and neat and the staff were all extremely friendly.

The customer service was superb! Especially with front desk personnel. Great location if you have a rental, parking was convenient.

The fact that you can park yourself within hotel premises in a busy Napoli, and wall 2 min to the subway, and dont need a car at all, makes me go back everytime I go to Napoli

The bed and pillows are really uncomfortable. Hotel is very close to train station, is clean and breakfast is good.

Nice modern hotel with morning breakfast. Not in city central but that’s ok a bit more quiet.
