1-They forgot to put towel in bath room 2-a lot of ants in the bath room and on the bed. 3-I was at the 4 th floors and with no elevator 4-WiFi at the 4 th floor didn’t work most the time.

I payed full price online and then rudely was asked to pay more for the room since apparently the price advertised on Expedia wasn’t enough and didn’t include taxes. The manager threaten calling the police and not allowed me leaving the hotel until paying the made up charge. Then when I agreed to pay, they also charged me a made up tax on top of the already taxed amount agreed upon. They made me so late that I lost my flight, having to pay extra to catch the next available flight, and losing my connection in Panama making me spent an extra night there. Terrible experience, evil vile people.

I'm still amaze by the incredible staff they have, the two receptionists a colombian and an haitian were so extremely nice, also a venezuelan girl, i stayed at the hotel with my 1 year old son and they where all eager to help, i will definitely staying there again when i go back to santiago, one of the big pluses is the ballet parking system they have and the breakfast is simple but really good

Dirty, noisy, i had 8th floor and the hotel has no elevator. No cable TV, NO AC, and so on and on and on

It was a great hotel, really pretty and clean. The complimentary breakfast was incredible

The hotel has been recently remodeled and is very modern. The rooms are large and very comfortable. It's just a five minute walk to the metro and from there you can go to most any place in the city - very convenient. Wi-fi is great. Breakfast could be a bit better. The helpful and friendly staff gave lots of assistance to first-time visitors to Santiago. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff very professional. We felt very welcome.

Hotel was basic but had everything we needed for a quick stay in Santiago. 10min drive (25min walk) to busy nightlife area. When getting a minibus from the airport, the driver didn't know the hotel by name. But I showed him on a map and he was fine to get us there. Staff were all very helpful. Some had very good English, others had broken English, but all tried hard to assist us with our questions. Breakfast included fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, variety of juices, sliced meat and cheeses, etc.

Room was neat, very warm home feeling. Management needs to learn how to treat their team better, especially in front of Patrons. Small and secluded right in downtown Santiago

hotel staff extremely helpful, it is very close to the subway (metro Santa Lucia) the hotel was going through some renovations during April 2015 ( painting + maintenance) but it did not bothered me and the maintenance people had good salsa music as well.

Very pleasant hotel staff, there was always someone there who spoke English so that was a big help. Right next to Santa Isabel subway station. The room is slightly dated, however I noticed they were renovating some of the downstairs tile so that seems headed in the right direction. Rooms are comfortable, maybe a little noisy but all in all fine. About a 20 minute walk from university and nightlife therein.

Only reccomendation on our side is to better breackfast a Little. It was very lame.

I booked this hotel about a year in advance and was a bit hesitant more recently after some of the reviews. We stayed 1 night at the Hotel Victoria Oriente Express and found the room was clean and tidy. The hotel is in a handy location but caused a lot of confusion with the taxi driver as the building is labelled "Prince Hotel" from the outside. They were strict on the 2pm checkin time and there is no safe in the room. The staff didn't speak English but were friendly enough and were patient with our lack of Spanish. We had no problems with the wifi in the room but we also had a bunch of people camped outside our door for hours so perhaps we were near the best signal. Having about 10 people outside our room laughing, talking and playing music was loud and annoying but it was during the day so unless you're jetlagged like we were and in need of some sleep it wouldn't normally be a problem.

The hotel actually trades two names, one of which (Prince hotel) trades as a by the hour hotel. The description was at best grossly inaccurate or at worst a deliberate deception. The basic facilities were lacking (broken toilet) and general cleanliness was poor (dirt and hair in beds). We were simply unwilling to stay the full extend of our booked time. A discussion with management was met with a promise to " most likely" issue a refund. To date I have not received any correspondence from the hotel and attempts by us to contact the hotel to resolve the issue were ignored. This hotel is a poor indictment on Hotels.com choices in their provider network.

Small. family run operation. Breakfast very basic, orange drink and half toasted bread with some jam packages. No breakfast room, so its room service with either coffee or tea. But the internet works fine, its a block from the metro and green belt for walking, so in general OK

En general, bien, pero no les recomiendo la habitación 61, en la cual me hospedé, ya que no tiene frigobar (como indicaron) y funciona 1 enchufe de los 4 que posee. Me parece poco prolija la revisión que se hace a la habitación antes de entregar y prometer servicios que realmente no tiene.

La peor experiencia que he tenido. Muy amateurs, todo improvisado, pésima gestión, se complican y hacer que el pasajero resuelva los problemas. No tienen estacionamiento para los pasajeros y los que tienen indican que es para la Dueña .... Impresentable la atención
