Dirty room, stained sheets, bugs. Was offered a refund for the experience and reception was kind and understanding.

Cute well kept hotel. Good value. Would stay again

The fridge whirred and clunked all night, making it difficult to sleep. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The beds were firm and comfortable!

Rooms were not clean. Fresh Sheets and towels had stain on it. When we asked front desk about replacing sheets, they told us rhat they dont have cleaning staff on site and that we have to do it ourselves. We stayed multiple nights to every day we had to ask for shower gel as their cleaning staff wont replace the empty bottles. Will not recommend.

Smoke detectors not installed/ working. Dirty room. Worst yet was the non existent support from hotels.com

Only complaint was the toilet was too short, or low to the floor.

While the bed was sleep able and the fridge and microwave worked, there were no blackout curtains and a light outside illuminated the window. The toilet seat was attached by 1 screw. 2 queen beds, both on platforms, one for someone taller than 6'6""and the second was for someone over 6'. The toilet meanwhile was child sized. Height for someone under 5 '. Find a different place

We got rained out while camping and needed a night to dry out -- this was the perfect hotel for that! Staff were friendly, room was larger than we expected for a motel. No frills but recently updated. Very quiet, too!

I used it as a stay overnight for solo trip. Mountain view was excellent!

The room was spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable. The shower had grab handles which made it easy and safe to use. The hotel location was convenient and had plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Clean room comfortable bed. Walls were paper, thin, and the pool was empty.

Amazung value to price ratio. Property was sufficiently clean and quiet that allowed for good rest after long trip. Mixed impression regarding staff: some people were super friendly and helpful, but reception could be more helpful. People travel to that area primarily to visit national parks around, so it is kind of an expected request from a guest to help with printing the Day Pass purchased online. Unfortunately, this request was declined which made me look for another options to print in the middle of the night, given that I had to leave very early. Except for this,. everything else was great.

Perfect for an overnight stop on our way to Banff. Room was clean and view out the window was beautiful. Clean, quiet and affordable.

Was terrible condition no clean sink was plug in request for fix the sink the never even came to look terrible service.
