Great stay for the price

Awesome staff and great stay!

The place was listed as a 5star hotel, it was not. It turned up to be a 5* boutique hotel, that was confusing. small things like one tooth brush, one ration of water...

The hotel is clean and quiet. I was able to relax for my stay because of the quietness. But there is dim lighting in the room, even with the lamps on. The breakfast was limited. A bit pricey for the offerred set.

The location is great.

Perfect stay in an excellent location in Sharjah

Hotel Staff were brilliant an helpful😁😁. I would like the curtains to be changed in light colour so the rooms looks more bright coz the room we stayed had a dark curtains an can’t actually tell weather it’s a day or night??

Everything about the property was excellent specially the staff

The spread of food for the Buffet Breakfast was at best, comparable to a 3.5 Star-rated hotel; especially for the "Cold-food" selection.

To be a 5 stars I expected more, breakfast needs more organisation in the staff, and really small restaurant for so many rooms..

Too many rules, and timings of gym or pool

Received a room opposite a construction site which was less then two meters away from the window to the room so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time as there was no view or even the most basic of all things you could expect from a hotel room i.e. Sunlight. Asked to be moved to a room with natural light which was refused on the basis that the other rooms cost more. Asked to speak to the manager countless times and was fobbed off every time. Never experienced anything like this in any hotel in the world let alone from a 5 star hotel in the Emirates.
