Ok what do you expect when you see an dpay for 5 star hotel. These rooms were outdated like crazy! Wifi keep cutting and i have to call reception and complain that they reset! The AC was full on all the time and still room was crazy hot Sweat all night. I call and they say we will check and if something is wrong we will fix it! I dont understand if im calling you saying that my room temp set to 16 and its 26-27 degree in here that means its wrong !!! Shower is renovated stupidly !!! The drain area is right under the shower so as you stand your feet keep getting stuck in drain!!! The shower ! And all tabs leaks crazy ! This is NOT a 5* hotel.

We chose this hotel because of pet-friendly concept, but we didn’t expect that pet

It is ok to sleep in for couple days, business purposes. If you want to enjoy the city and looking for a hotel to feel like home this is not the one for you.

Hotel is not five stars, it has aged.

We arrived early at 12 PM for check-in and were informed that the room wouldn’t be ready until 2 PM, which we completely understood since that’s the official check-in time. However, even after waiting for two hours, the room was still not ready at 2 PM. We had to keep following up with the staff, and it was finally ready around 2:30 PM. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, there was a very unpleasant odor — it smelled like a gutter, and the smell seemed to be coming from the bathroom. Overall, it was quite disappointing after such a long wait.

The overall stay was great but Not a lot of options to eat around the area.

Car parking was good. General cleanness was not good. The third bed was uncomfortable. We requested a new tv remote and it was not delivered until we asked multiple times later on.

Clean room. Breakfast with good pick up.

Employees are super nice and respectful.

It was a good hotel and I can recommend it.

Stay was very quiet and the view from room at night was superb.

the air condition in the room was not working, I ask for room change, they let me wait and wait ad even there was ability they never change my room. terrible sleep...

excellent stay

The hotel itself ok, beds are not comfortable so as pillows.. the area around is nasty. So there is a parking lot right next to the hotel and a lot of dogs live there. It’s quiet at day time but every night at 11pm they start barking like non stop. Absolutely non stop. And it’s so loud that while my stay 9 days I barely slept at night. They stop barking exactly at 5 am. So if you are ok with that then go for it.
