Great airport stopover in San Jose, especially if you arrive late and have a longer drive ahead. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I did not like was that it was hard to find the hotel since there was no sign on the street. The room was small but very modern and convenient.

Loved the room and the staff and the overall vibe. It’s a total little tropical paradise in the city! It was so cool watching planes come into land overhead. How often do you get to experience that?? The room itself was super clean, the staff were all awesome, the breakfast was good, and the air conditioning was great!

Room was small but very up to date and clean. The staff was incredible. It was very quiet. I would stay there again just to be treated so nicely by the people running the hotel.

We stayed at the Berlin on our way back to Canada. Spotless room. Really lovely, helpful staff. She booked us an airport taxi for very early the next morning. They were up when we were leaving at 5 am and gave us coffee and a take-out breakfast. We will stay there on our next visit.

Perfect stay

Order a taxi for 630 but it didn’t derive a lady blamed the night attendant, but we still made our flight all right so it wasn’t too bad

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and the pool area very pretty. Definitely recommend this place!
