El lugar muy limpio pero cuando ordene al cuarto tardaron como 45 min en contestar estacionamiento esta un poco lejos del hotel tienen valet parking pero lo demas estuvo bien

Room never got cold , never felt welcomed, seen a bug in the room , but I know it’s not the associates fault , it’s management.

Very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. Customer service was excellent. In well located area and it was very enjoyable.

COCKROACH crawling over hotel phone. Floor in room was dirty. Hallway floor dirty. Curtains had stains and cobwebs on them. Shelf in shower was broken. One elevator was broken so had to wait forever for other. Pool had tiles just popping off. Not sure how this place has so many stars.

The rooms where clean, the restaurant has really good food plus they open early in the morning and close late at night. The front desk persons were nice and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Staff is helpful, howerver, the room is missing some essentials. Like extra clean towels and mini fridge.

Muy buen servicio a la hora de llegar. Fácil acceso y buenas amenidades. El cuarto muy limpio y amplio

Bien en general, habitaciones cómodas, modernas, conveniente ubicación si vas a algo al norte, si vas de turista por el precio se consigue algo mucho más bonito en el centro. El pasillo huele mal, creo es la alfombra a humedad. Sugiero chequen ese tema.

Service is excellent. So is cleaning. There are no minifriges in the rooms and no possibility to get one even for additional fee. Very low water pressure - a shower takes hours and the water are mildly warm, not hot (enough). The airconditon freezes and there is no possibility to tune the temperature above 20 degrees C. The window does not open to allowing fresh are in.
