Excellent with our stay and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable the bed and pillows. Especially very safe to stay here..

Breakfast very nice, had to ask staff for cutlery, glasses for juice, saucers for tea/coffee cups, due to it being quite busy, minor issue, would definitely come back to this hotel

Convenient for the airport. Good value, decent breakfast and friendly staff. Clean and safe though in an industrial area. If you are willing to brave the traffic and the rather desolate surroundings there are many decent dining options within a 20 minute walk or a shorter drive.

Amazing experience. We were welcomed by three wonderful people. Explained everything about our stay. Great breakfast served in the AM. Again very happy staff helping us. Super clean. Bathroom full stocked with towels and toiletries. The only suggestion I have is to add a mattress topper. Mattress was a bit hard.

For me it was always clean, quiet well kept hotel, staff always friendly. Excellent restaurant. I will recommend this hotel.

Area is sway from Rome and public transportation is unreliable. Taxi's are cons and take advantage, even those supplied by the hotel. One way trip in a taxi is 60 to 100 euro. The hotel is very clean and staff are helpful. Front desk was especialy nice and went out of thier way to help. If you are going to stay here, get a rental car.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Europe. I have visited 5 European cities, 10 hotels. Simon hotel is on the top of the list. Staff is very friendly. Super clean and specious rooms. Shuttle bus available to train station. What else do you want to have Rome dream Vacation ? Start with Simon hotel.

This is a well-maintained hotel. The room was spacious and very clean; the lady in charge of the housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was included and well presented with enough choices. The waitresses in the morning were always very accommodating, contrary to the not-so-helpful young waiter that worked in the afternoon/nights. The hotel is not close to the center of Rome but there is a bus stop at walking distance that takes you to the Laurentina metro station with service to the Coliseum and Termini stations.

Upon entering or leaving, the staff are extremely courteous and greet you/ wish you safe travels. The location is great for dining options and public transportation. The hotel itself is very clean and gated off to provide extra security. Ample parking!

Excellent dining at the hotel. Very helpful staff. Forty minutes to the airport plus or minus 30 minutes depending on time of day. Clean modern sleek. Adequate parking. Gated.
