The hotel closed the pool for renovation but did not inform from the beginning. Wasted time, money, and feelings. Prepared water play equipment from other provinces. To take children to play in the water, but did not play. The hotel did not take any responsibility. Also said that there were hundreds of cases like this already. People came and did not know that the pool was closed for renovation. Even though there were hundreds of cases, they still did not think to solve the problem. Very bad. Arrived in the evening. Had to leave the money at this hotel and go find a new hotel. By the time we arrived, it was already dark. Very disappointed.

Stayed on 20 Oct. When checking in, the staff informed that the swimming pool and restaurant were being renovated until the end of November. It was still okay, but it was during the hotel's renovation period. The construction was very bad. The workers started working and there was loud noise since before 9 am. There was no table for breakfast, so we had to eat in a corner. If anyone is going to stay, I recommend the end of the year after construction is finished. My first experience staying here was very bad. The noise was so loud that they didn't care about giving out the place to stay.

The accommodation has a very good atmosphere, beautiful view, clean rooms, lovely staff. Talked and gave good advice, very impressed.
