Its a very nice hotel its in a great location its old put very cute

As I arrived I was told to wait for twenty minutes for a person to walk me over to a new hotel since the room I had booked was already taken. The bellboy walked me to Hosteria del Frayle, a hotel 10 minutes away, which is in a zone of very high noise, especially because I was there at the time of the festivities. I asked if I could get my original room but they declined so I took a smaller room at Sangre de Cristo but I requested that at least I was refunded the difference in price, which they said they’ll consult with the manager. The whole conversation happened in a very condescending way. At some point the manager told me to just look for another hotel, knowing very well all the hotels in the city were fully booked because of the festivities. Needless to say I never received a refund for anything and the room was in bad conditions, I had a terrible time at that hotel and was treated very poorly, but then again, maybe is just my luck. Look at the pictures, judge for yourself.

Hotel has all what you need, for your stay. Now if you are looking for luxury hotel this not for you, but personally I liked.

Close to the action. Lots of stairs so you need to be fit

Money was stolen from my room ( not much) My suitcase and bags were opened and searched. The action and having the trust broken made me so uncomfortable that I cancelled the rest of my stay.

Arrived, filled out paperwork. Did not like the room on 3rd level, no parking, no help. 2 hrs later my personal info still on top of front desk. We checked out immediately. Did not refund at least partially

Stay was mediocre since there was no one to discuss the tomb of a room that was given to us. The second was the fact that one of our rooms was not cleaned. No apologies or manager to talk to. The desk person was not helpful at all.

Es un buen lugar si buscas algo céntrico, el hotel es pequeño pero está limpio, igual que las habitaciones. Ideal para llegar a dormir y poder visitar la ciudad. Adecuado para el precio

La coladera de la regadera no funcionaba y el agua se acumulaba.

La estancia fue muy agradable. Si es verdad que no la usamos mucho ya que estuvimos visitando la ciudad de Guabajuato durante los dos dias

Los recepcionistas muy amables en todos los aspectos, la limpieza deja mucho que desear ya que no fueron hacerla nunca

Voy a regresar y espero me den la misma habitación. Me encantó

Quizás por estar en el centro ya es un edificio viejo, la habitación triste, no tiene donde colocar el shampoo y jabón, el control de la TV nunca nos lo programaron por más que lo reportamos y bueno no tiene estacionamiento y tuvimos que pagar casi lo de otra noche de hotel en un estacionamiento público...no fue la mejor experiencia, lo siento

Trato muy amable por parte del personal y muy accesibles las habitaciones sencillas pero amplias Bien ubicado limpieza buena

No había agua caliente en la habitación, así que no pude tener una experiencia agradable :") las recepcionistas siempre muy amables pero ese fue el inconveniente.

El hotel esta en el centro de la ciudad, todo esta cerca, el servicio fue muy bueno, en general todo estuvo muy buen.

El personal super amable, en general bien, céntrico, todo bien
