Good hôtel but need a serious TLC.witch is Real shame. Great staff,this could be a fabulous placé if looked after.

The room was clean and spacious. Inside the hotel was clean and luxurious. Nice heated indoor swimming pool.

Spent the night on the way from Lisboa to Monsante. the hotel is large and clean. basic furniture. dining room is quite noisy and the food level and variety is medium. coffee was not drinkable. we did not plan and had no time for SPA.total experience less than 4. not seems like we will meet again..

Hotel com imensas potencialidades, que poderia ser melhor cuidado: - Sauna - funciona das 09H00 às 20H00. Pelas 10H00 ainda estava desligada; - Escadaria -necessita limpeza diária; - Tapeçaria corredores acesso aos quartos - necessita melhor limpeza.

One of the worst night's sleep I've ever experienced. I don't know what they put in their pillows, but they were thin and lumpy.

Anlage befindet sich am Ortsrand und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Personal war rundum freundlich und hilfsbereit auch bei speziellen Wünschen. Vielen Dank. Wifi war sehr stabil und gut. Unser Zimmer DZ Standard war groß und speziell das Badezimmer war spaziös. Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut. Das Frühstück war sehr variantenreich und erfreulicherweise mit einigen regionalen und lokalen frischen Backwaren...lecker. Freizeitangebot bestand aus Sauna, Whirlpool. Massagen und 1 Innen und 1 Aussenpool. Dampfbad war leider nicht im Betrieb. Parkplätze waren zahlreich un kostenlos. Anlage wirkt sehr sckick und gepflegt, jedoch merkt man an der einen oder anderen Stelle einen Renovierungsstau. Zu erwähnen ist e Wir waren 3 Tage da und es war immer eine größere Reisegruppe zu Gast. Wir kehren sehr gerne zurück.. es hat für das Preis Leistung Verhältnis sehr überzeugt

As condições são boas, os funcionários são simpáticos e colaborativos. Algumas zonas do hotel, necessitam de intervenção, pois apresentam alguma degradação. Sugiro a criação de um espaço/sala de jogos (snooker, ténis de mesa, dardos, etc.), como complemento ao SPA (piscina/sauna), que por vezes fica congestionado.

Muito acolhedor fomos bem recebidos, o pequeno almoço com tudo, muito bom.

Os quartos estavam a necessitar de manutenção. A porta da casa de banho estava empenada e não fechava. Havia caliça nas paredes e sujaram o chão do quarto. A porta para a varanda não tinha fecho do exterior. A vista do quarto necessitava de ser mais cuidada, porque dava para uns pátios muito pouco cuidados, portanto mau impacto. A necessitar de um técnico paisagístico!!! Pequeno almoço bom Empregados super simpáticos e eficientes.
