Disgusting hotel service was horrible there were bed bugs on bed air conditioner don’t work

Ratio price /quality of the room we can’t compare. Price too high . They change room because in the first I stay 2 days but bad smell. In second one internet not working. About clean it was ok. Food and restaurant ok. Beach no sand just stone and no space. Need more quality for this kind of price.

Çok başarılı bir konsept. Büyük bir tesis plajı çok iyi tentesi ve açık alanı mevcut büyük bir sahili var. Uzun bir sokak Amsterdam temalı sürekli eğlenebileceğiniz ve yüzebileceğiniz alanlar mevcut. İçecekleri çok iyi markalı ve çok çeşit var. Mutfağı büyük ancak ben en çok köftesini beğendim.ızgara köfte başarılı diğer seçenek olarak çok çeşit var kırmız et ızgara vs çok az bana göre ama asla ve asla aç kalmazsınız. Uyumaktan başka odayı kullanmanıza gerek yok. Animasyon gösterileri benim kaldığım dönemde muhteşemdi. Motosiklet kafes falan vardı. Personel aktarırdanız her türlü sorunu hemen çözüyorlar. Tekrar tatile gideceğim seçenekler arasında. Eğlence oteli arıyorsanız tam yeri. Çocuk havuz ve çocuk aquaparkı çocuğunuz çok beğenir.

Traveled with family teenagers boys. Hotel has everything within walking distance. Boys really enjoyed pier where they could jump in the water. Pier also has a bar, chairs just like the beach and a nice place to hang out and relax. Food was great! Seating outside of the restaurant has a lot of heavy smokers. You could be eating breakfast and people next to you would be smoking. There are bars throughout, with live music in the evenings. Coffee shop was open all day. Every night there was a show and night club that was actually full of people and fun. Building is long, elevators. For me beds were not comfortable, very firm, so sleep was not that great. We would come back!

Her öğünde farklı seçenekler sunuluyor, lezzet ve hijyen konusunda büyük özen gösteriliyordu. Sahile olan yakınlığı sayesinde denize ulaşım çok kolaydı ve tatilimizi daha keyifli hale getirdi. Otelin en büyük artılarından biri de güler yüzlü ve profesyonel personeliydi. Misafirlerin ihtiyaçlarıyla yakından ilgilenmeleri kendimizi özel hissettirdi. Özellikle Hatice Hanım, Esra Hanım ve Osman Bey'e ilgileri, samimiyetleri ve her konuda yardımcı olmaları nedeniyle ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Onların misafirperverliği tatilimizi unutulmaz kıldı. Temizliği, hizmet kalitesi, konumu ve çalışanlarının yaklaşımıyla gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Tekrar gelmeyi ve çevremdeki herkese tavsiye etmeyi düşünüyorum.

The restaurant isn’t very good; most of the food isn’t very tasty. The quality of the drinks at the bars isn’t very good.

I stayed at Orange County Kemer in 2014 and returned in 2026. Unfortunately, the difference is huge, and not in a good way. The atmosphere has changed completely. Many guests were loud, rude, and used offensive language. There was constant shouting, and some guests made women uncomfortable with inappropriate behavior. It no longer feels like a relaxing resort. The service was very poor. Even simple requests such as water or coffee required multiple calls to reception and often took close to an hour to arrive. I booked a two-bedroom suite with a balcony, but upon arrival I was told that option was unavailable and was given a pool-view suite without a balcony. The room was old and poorly maintained: damaged doors, a broken phone screen, and a worn-out bathroom. Everything felt outdated. The bed was small for a suite, the blanket felt more like a towel than proper hotel bedding, and the pillows were as hard as rocks. When I asked for softer pillows, I was told the hotel only offers one type and no alternatives were available. Another disappointment was that restaurants, cafés, and ice cream stations were open only for limited hours during the day. Outside those hours, only basic drinks were available. Overall, this hotel is nothing like the Orange County Kemer I remembered from 2014. Poor service, outdated rooms, uncomfortable bedding, and an unpleasant atmosphere made this one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had. I will not be returning.

Nice hotel in Kemer….

Staff was amazing,l Food quiality was very good. But alcoholic dirinks was ok. Spa wasn't good it smells very bad. They play same music all time. But over all it is very nice hotel again staf and managment were very nice and friendly. I would consider go again.

There were low-class people at the hotel. The staff were indifferent and tired. They stole my glasses. There was no parking space. They scratched my car. I asked if I could check the cameras, but they didn't.

It was really good experience being there! The entertainment programs were excellent so we didn’t even need to leave the hotel. Only downside was the slow and unstable Wi-Fi.

We had a villa for 5 people (3 adults and2 children). Villa did not have a bed for one adult and smallest villa was given (6011). I had to sleep 3 nights on a reclining chair. We saw a cockroach and our two children were afraid. Entertainment is zero, no activities, although it was bayram/festival in Turkey. Kids playhouse was very limited, 2 people tried to do what they could, there was no written entertainmet program for kids. Pools were OK. Food was good but servicing people did not understand Turkish or English and not enough in number. Hard to explain and ask something for them, they did not understand Turkish or English although they are hardworking. Shopping store workers not professional. Buildings are made good once upon a time but overall it was like 3 star hotel. Will I come back again ? No. I hope this information help you to improve Orange country at Kemer. It gave me an expression that it is going downwards.
