Room was clean! Staff were nice and helpful!

Location was well maintained staff went out of thier way to accommodate my changing needs.

This location has a very nice staff and hrlpful. I experienced transportation problems with my motorcycle while there and had to take bike to shop for repairs. It was going to take for days to get part and install. However the shopgot part two days sooner and installed so i was able to resume my trip. The hotel was able to accommodate all my stay needs and changes. Was so very happy they could work with me. I highly recommend this hotel for how well the maintain the property but the way they work with guest. 10 out of 10 rating.

Very clean room with great bed.

Liked our room. Clean and comfortable. Very disappointed front desk Would not permit an early check-in at 12:30. Understand the rules say 3:00 but with only a half dozen cars in the parking lot and check out at 11:00 am thought there might be 1 room clean and ready. We were hoping to rest a bit before a n event we were attending. I am sure the hotel was not 100% booked so at least 1 room should have been available. Not negotiable. Not understandable.

Lovely large, clean room. Modern furniture. Floor was noisy, hopefully it was a one of. The furniture in the breakfast room needs to be replaced.

Clean room and exceptional service

This hotel is located in an area with restaurants, stores and a coffee shop nearby. The room we had (two queen beds) was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was ample with a nice variety of items, and the staff were helpful and polite. We really enjoyed our 2-night stay here and would recommend it to others.

Clean room and good breakfast

All good and great room. Not crazy about all rooms being pet friendly. Beds are for people not animals, although some people are animals.

Everything was excellent

There is the potential for this to be a great hotel. The pool was closed because the town did not send back their report regarding the samples before the weekend. There were no vouchers given for the local pool and no concessions made to give a discount. Then the TV in our room would not connect to the internet and they tried to fix it but the person who could actually fix it was not there on Saturdays. It seems like a management problem, not giving staff the freedom to support guests how they need. When guests book for amenities and do not get to use them it is quite frustrating, as I could have paid much less for a hotel without a pool or TV. I will say the breakfast was good and that the gluten free bread and English muffins and boiled eggs in the fridge. You didn't have to ask staff for it - this was nice. However, they did not have a dedicated GF toaster if you need that. A suggestion to this hotel would be to have out lemon or cucumber water and coffee or tea during the day as there were no water bottles in the room.

Pool was shut down for our stay. But our room was right next to it so I actually didn’t mind. Overall it was a great experience for the price
