The lighting was dim, and the bathroom faucets always have a very fine spray pattern which splashes out of the sink

Been staying at City Express Jr. while in Cd. Del Carmen for the past three years. Always friendly and timely service. Clean rooms, reasonable spaced. A/C system. Express tasty breakfast included. Vending machines for drinks and snacks on the first floor. Good location, walking distance to great restaurants, Plaza Real shopping mall, gas stations, and even street food. Five-minute drive from airport. Quiet area. They’re definitely taking additional health checks and cleaning steps to cope with covid-19 nowadays which made stay feel a bit safer in these tough circumstances.

This is probably one of the worse experiences in my life. I understand that it is a low cost property, but seriously it is very basic, not clean, not comfortable. I wouldn´t stay in another City Express if I could.

Habitacion muy limpia , pero el tema aquí en especifico con este hotel siempre son los guardias y las personas qué atienden el mostrador, no son amables , ni te dan una grata bienvenida como en otros hoteles, parece qué siempre están de malas, deben de trabajar mucho en eso.

it is a good hotel for family or solo travelers. the location is good as there is big supermarket just 2-5 minutes by walk, Mega, if I don't remember it's wrong. also, the bank is just beside of the supermarket. the breakfast is good too. it is just to humid during the night if you don't turn on the AC. besides, there is no fans in the washroom, so you have to keep the AC on during the day.

The hotel is in a walking distance to supermarkets and shopping center. It is very convenient to go to the airport and it relatively close to downtown.

Only slept at the hotel but my room was clean and comfortable.

Clean and functional.Quiet enough. Good customer service. Breakfast is good. Fair price overall for what you get.

Loved it all except the internet connection

Room was small but adequate for one person. Clean. Shower only. Breakfast rather sparse. I agree with other reviewers that the internet speed is inadequate. Have stayed at other hotels on same block , and their internet is appreciably faster than City Junior. Good security. Casino next door for those so inclined. New mini-market 200 feet from hotel entrance. All non smoking.

The hotel is in the same area (within half a mile radius) where most hotels are, near the airport (5 minutes). Area is safe and restaurants and a mall are at walking distance. There is a convenience store and a supermarket within one block. Easy to get a taxi in the street. Do not expect luxuries of any kind as this is a low cost hotel. The hotel is basic, compact in spaces, but clean. No restaurant (continental breakfast, though) but there are many fast food delivery services that are allowed by the hotel. If you just want to get a low cost room to sleep - and work for some hours in the room - this is a possible choice.

Good location and the room wasn't too bad. However, the common area was very dirty every morning, the Internet service kept dropping off line and the front desk staff made excuses that their server wasn't available so they couldn't provide a last bill reflecting no additional charges.

They couldn't find my reservation, allegedly because they weren't open until recently. They assigned me a room, even though I wasn't registered. Told me they would get back to me about the situation and never did. I was the one to seek information. At check-out there was no problem. The hotel is not well-maintained. Even though it is a new hotel, the common áreas are not clean.
