Hotel it’s advertised as having a parking , and it was full! Lo they don’t specify that they charge for the parking , this should be in the information of the hotel! And not for the guest to find out on arrival, full information regarding parking should be disclosed!

The staff was kind, the rooms are small but have all you need. Bathrooms looked good and were very clean. Stayed only one night. The price was good.

Old room with bad smell

Great hotel for my needs. I came on my motorcycle late in the day and left early in the morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room, while modest, it was clean and spacious. Pillows could have been better, but overall, this was a good hotel for the money. I did not visit the town. There is a restaurant next door.

Hotel very comfortable and clean, staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast. The pool area and surrounds could do with a makeover and detracted from the overall rating of this hotel.

Thr gacility is adequate; nothing special, but easily accessible with adequte services. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, staff very good. Mattresses fairly comfortable but not great, vending machine broken for the entire stay however. Still, very serviceable and friendly.

Had a great week stay at the arc hotel . very friendly staff always on hand to answer any questions. The staff were always smiling and welcoming. Hotel is nice good room comfy and clean . Really nice continental breakfast with good choice. We had a baby with us and the hotel provided a nice cot and helped with warming food in microwave. Would recommend a stay here .

It's was a great hotel but a bit far from downtown. Staffs are mostly nice. They provided parking lots for you which is very convenient.

Excellent value hotel. Nice pool with trees to provide relief and shade when it is hot. Staff was very friendly.

The Adonis Arc Hotel Aix is a great value for the money. The breakfast was good, and the room was very comfortable. The bed was excellent. Staff at the front desk was fantastic. They were eager to help and very polite. The hotel is not easy to find without a navigation device. It's essentially located on the grounds of the Courtepaille Hotel, and when the visitor initially comes into the parking lot, that hotel is obvious, but an immediate right turn will take you through another entrance and up a small drive to the Adonis Arc Hotel Aix. Parking is good.

Not bad for a quick driving stop. Not much around, unless you are driving by, just as we were. For the Hotel cost, it is a great option. Got there late but front desk service was great.

Value for money, this hotel is great. We had a courtyard facing room and it was quiet. There was also free parking on the hotel premises but we chose to park in the indoor garage since it was 38-39c outside and the rate was very reasonable (around 6 euros). There was also a small swimming pool which was clean. For breakfast there was something there for everyone. Unfortunately all the cereals they offered were very sweet--from frosted flakes to choco pops..Wish they had ordinary, plain corn flakes. But there were lots of fresh croissants, pain au chocolat as well as baguette, cold cuts, cheeses, jam, juices, yogurt and fresh fruit. Nothing to really complain much about! Most important the air conditioning unit works perfectly!

Good value and free parking

Hotel was out of town. Bus needed to get to the centre. With bus strike, this was a problem. Overall, very pleasant. A reasonable grill next door with good food. I would recommend Hotel Arc.

Nice hotel but requires a bus to get there. Once you leave the train station there is a bus you can get just as you walk into town that will take you to the hotel. The bus driver will know since you can see the signs as you get closer to the hotel directing traffic. Fortunately for us there were other passengers on the bus staying at the same hotel so they knew what stop to get off. Restaurant just by the hotel otherwise need to take the bus back to town centre.
