Room was clean, friendly staff, air conditioning worked kept me cool. The room had a balcony with a good view of the ocena. You cna go to the lounge with another balconh to enjoy a different view. They are doing construction right in front on the pier when I stayed. So it was noisy. It is also around the begining of the street named el Malecon so it is very busy. It does get noisy, but it was not an issue for me. I bring ear plugs and compared to my upstairs neighbor in NYC. The noise did not affect affect me. Restaurants all over to the front, both sides and to the back. I have a youtube were you will find more things to do. All there is no elevator so you gonna have to walk up amd down everytime you go out, good exercise builds leg amd glute strength. lol

Nice to be so close to the Malecon, but you better have ear plugs if you want to sleep. Traffic noise nearly 24 hours a day. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. AC was strong and kept the room cool. The bathroom is small and the shower is tiny. I had to get out to change my mind. Hahaha

Old family business , very nice people but the place is run down and it’s very noisy because the traffic !

It said sound proof.Balcony doors did not lock and bathroom window was impossible to close.It was so noisy and so difficult to sleep.No chairs in the balcony

No era lo que se veía en fotos, sucio y los cuartos daban pena, edificio abandonado inclusive no lo usé y me fui a otro hotel, traté de cancelar el mismo día y se me hizo difícil, aún quisiera saber si puedo recuperar mi dinero.

Had a great time in the hotel the view is amazing of the ocean

The rooftop terrace was great. Beautiful views. The location was perfect for walking the Historic Colonial Quarter. Some great restaurants are right around the hotel. There are grocery stores just a 15 minute walk away. The staff was helpful and attentive to whatever I needed. The negatives, hotel is right next to a busy street and the noise goes all night. Luckily I'm a deep sleeper or I would've had trouble sleeping. And the internet says they have an airport shuttle. They don't. I had to pay for a taxi. Overall it was good for my purposes. A few negatives but it was easy to see the sights of the city. And the ocean was just across the street. There's a couple of beaches nearby but they're small and you can't really swim there. But good stay for the money.

Unsafe place, the rooms are dirty, toilet seats are broken, rooms stink, people walking in and out. I left immediately!

Overall was good.

The property itself was a simple hotel. Staff was super friendly and so helpful. They made sure we were comfortable. Property is walkable to la Zona Colonial and to Melacon district. We wanted to be more with the locals and found a nice park a few blocks down. They had awesome food trucks and beer. We enjoyed ourselves and will more likely returning to venture a little further.

The Air condition did not work, the smell in this place was terrible, the bed was old, in general I did not like this place at all.
