I reserved the hotel for the Shakira concert in Santo Domingo. She rescheduled the concert and I tried to change my reservation to the new concert date. The hotel would not let me reschedule and I lost my money for the hotel. How is it my fault that Shakira rescheduled her concert? I wasn't canceling my reservation, I was changing the date.

Musica todas las noches se oua muy alto desde nuestra habitacion La puerta de cristal de la bañadera fuera de lugar la ducha alrededor de la llave fe agua se ve una chapuza bien grande , las personas muy amables , buena comida pero caro, desayuno muy bueno y su gente muy agradable , la barra muy buena y sus dos tragos incluidos , en general muy stentos y cariñosos todos fueron con nosotros

My family and I had a great experience while staying at the Embassy Suites. The room, staff, food, amenities and convenience of location were all great! Definitely plan on staying here again!
