I stayed here a couple times The first time a lady who didn't speak English came to our room at 10:00 saying it was time to check out she didn't speak no English I had to explain to her that we check out at 11:00. And this recent time I stayed there it was okay until 7:00 in the morning when the fire alarm went off and basically we had to leave the building and couldn't take any of our items and we did not return until the rump until 10:00 so we got cheated out of a few hours staying there in the morning at the critical time.

Check-in was flawless and efficient. Elevator carpet was filthy and smelled. Sink in 307 was clogged with what looked like towel remnants. Sink stopper was broken and bathroom floor had dirt and hair on it.

This hotel allows drug activity… not ideal when it’s supposed to be family friendly…

I don't appreciate walking into a hotel out of the rain and having the front desk attendant not even say hello and just blurt out "ID". I understand as the hotel was full of derelicts and people smoking pot in their cars with the windows pen - right next to mine as I unloaded. Room smelled like smoke. All of which could have been overlooked except one of my 'neighbors" opened and closed their door ALL NIGHT LONG. And the slamming door continually woke me up. This is a homeless shelter. Not a hotel. Don't stay here at any cost unless you the city is footing your bill. Then you'll be right at home.

There was an unsafe feeling around and inside the property. Many of the people staying at the property were residents and the smell of smoke, urine and chemicals were abundant.

The staff was courteous. The facility however was sub par. Majority of the rooms were occupied by long term residents that seemed to ignore the no smoking policy, cigarettes and marijuna. Parking lot had three unregistered cars with no tags that seemed to have been parked there for quite some time. The price of the room was very high for the accommodations and environment. I unfortunately would not recommend this particular property.

We would never stay here again. The rooms are small and uncomfortable. The colors are horrendous. The beds were terrible and we may as well have been staying in an open commune ... the noise during the night was ridiculous. You could hear every conversation from other rooms, every tv at high volume. There was absolutely no respect from other occupants, no privacy, no sleep. By far one of the worst experiences. For the price we paid, the experience should have been 1000 times better!

I have travelled a lot and stayed in a lot of hotels and motels. This was the worst by far. When we checked in at 10 pm it was 41 degrees in the room bc the AC was on. I tried to turn the heat on and ultimately succeeded, but the ancient radiator skipped directly from 41 degrees to 83 degrees. So i woke at 3am bc it was sweltering and turned the unit off. Then at 5:30 am our next door neighbors, who appeared to be long term residents of the motel, began yelling at each other, culminating with one shouting at the other, "I don't f*$&ing have it you stupid b#*ch!" At about 6:15 am. The finish on the tub was peeling and there was black stuff that appeared to be mold on the handicap bar in the shower. There were what appeared to be cigarette burns on the toilet and bathroom counter. The water pressure in the sink was very weak. There was a phone on the nightstand but you couldnt reach the front desk with it bc it didnt have a cord. Apparently it was just for show. Don't stay here if you can avoid it. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere decent.
