We had love time at the hotel , helpful staff at reception , apart from one rude staff in the restaurant! Good food , nice and clean rooms . All good and highly recommend.

It was very relaxing , very clean. The room met our expectations. The staff were amazing , multilingual The night show was ok , but can be better. I did like the violin lady play duing dinner, she was awesome. I was disappointed she didn't play on the next day. The staff iverall were amazing, very clean hotel, swimming pool ,food. I would love to go there again.

This is my second visit, this place used to be amazing, but now it is ok. The cleanliness is excellent, first day i arrived there was no water in our room for more than 4 hours, and on and off for the next 3 days, i requested an iron to use, when i wasn’t in my room they took it without telling and i found it was the only one for the whole floor, the entertainment for the first 2 days was very boring and ok for the rest… the food was very good…they used to give 2 vouchers for the Italian and Mexican restaurants… now they don’t and when i ask why they said policy have changed…on my checkout day they kept calling every 15 mins to tell me that i have to checkout today or i will pay extra penalty 40$

Restaurant are in very bad shape, food less than average No one respect adult areas specially in the restaurants Staff very helpful and friendly.

It was good and we really enjoyed alot, specially animation team and mix max show during feast. Food was tasty and alot of varieties Pool was perfect 😍 But stoney beach Alot of activities to do Only one thing wasnt pleased of that i tried to change my type of booking from double to single with child through hotels but I cant and when i reached the hotel ,the front desk insisted that he cant do anything and that's really annoyed me

The hotel is nice as always but the fact they don’t believe in COVID is horrible. No measures at all, very crowded, wearing a mask seems to be a crime there.

This was our second visit to Tropitel, and it even exceeded our first, Room is beautiful and clean, Water Slides are very fun for the kids and even the Adults, Sea activities and animation team are amazing, Food variety and taste is so delicious as well. all in all Tropitel is so good

Will never repeat it again due all the time I’m staying alone with my 2 kids 5 & 2 years old in the pool

Excellent vacation destination Pros + Gorgeous Snorkeling and diving spots. + Nice pools varieties + Clean and spacious rooms + delicious food with good varieties. + friendly staff Cons - One has to walk for long to reach sea swimming and snorkeling spots. Not convenient very specially for elderly guests. - Too many stairs to reach the restaurant or reception. Mind the room location for the elderly guests - Bad golf car rental service. Faulty cars (not sure if this is controlled by the hotel or not)
