Horrible. They first put us in room 214 with the hvac not working. The room temp was in the high 80s. After two hours of sweating they lied and said they had told us the hvac wasn’t working. We would not have kept waiting for it to cool off if that was true. They then said the only room left would require us to pay for an upgrade. When we refused to pay for an upgrade they said they could put us in room 217 with a broken tv. We were trying to sleep so didn’t care. What they didn’t tell us was that the locking mechanism on the door wasn’t working. We could use the top latch, but the deadbolt wouldn’t work and the door wouldn’t say tightly closed. We had to put the table in front of the door, but it wouldn’t seal tight so we heard traffic noise all night. I have stayed in lots of economy hotels, but not one that puts people in defective rooms and then tries to charge for advertised air conditioning and locking doors as an upgrade.
