I booked a room, paid for it, but when I arrived to check in, they said there were no rooms available. I had to fend for myself. It was midnight in Saigon, and I lost my money and didn't have a room.

Nothing against the staff, but the bed was dirty, I found insects on the mattress and a huge cockroach under it. I arrived in Ho Chi Minh at 1AM oclock, I thought I ll save some money, ended up looking for another hotel at 2AM. Cannot suggest this Hotel to anyone, worse experience I had with Hotels in my life.

On the booking I booked is a room for 4 people, even though it was 3 people, the staff still gave a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. I stayed many times, but this time the room attendant on my bed had a lot of ants, at night I slept soft and felt itchy because I wasn't used to the bed, in the morning turned on the light, under the pillow lay a lot of ants. The hotel has a non-smoking sign, but the staff smokes a lot, entering the elevator is very smelly.
