I didn’t like the breakfast, the room but the location was close enough to everything I needed to do at the time

All right it was a pleasant stay but I have to shout out the maintenance crew. I've noticed in my visits that if there's a problem say like the lights need a new light bulb or something like you need to check the Jacuzzis they fix it that day and when you're gone for the trip to the beach or whatever when you get back is fixed. They started offering a lot more for breakfast too. The staff is wonderful as usual. They seem to be doing a lot of upgrades like the air conditioner in the room. They've been upgraded.

Okay here is the drop on this hotel. The breakfast is not fire because they're doing pancakes and stuff now but they're not hip to syrup with pancakes but they got a lot of jellies. Fortunate for me I brought log cabin and maple syrup with me as usual. They generally have a very good breakfast but I was surprised to see the addition of pancakes and waffles. My stay was pleasant as usual with this hotel.

I had a great experience staying one night at Hotel Riale. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and friends. All of them were accommodating and helpful: Francisco and Gabriel were the ones that took care of my check-in, João took our luggage and our check-out was done smoothly by Hugo and his co-worker (forgot his name). They were all exemplary and I would definitely stay there again.

It's a pretty good state but one of the things that people might need to know is that because you're downtown and close to a water source like the beach when it rains get mosquito repellent or mosquito spray which you can find at the stores. What's great about this hotel is that has a market a minute down the street to the left and a fruit market same direction. It's a very convenient spot and you are right by the subway station as well.

The stay here was great but a little heads up for when it rains. It is best to go to the store and get either mosquito repellent or bug spray for immediately after a rainy day. And this is for anywhere downtown Rio. Other than that it's very pleasant. There is a lot of shops around the hotel.

Real clean and employees very nice and helpful

The service at this hotel was excellent from the front desk to the cleaning service. Even when they're a little issues the front desk is on it and solving it. You have a lot of hotels that are good when there are no problems but how are they if there's an issue and in this hotel is no problem cuz they handle them. Their maintenance staff is on point

Swimming pool was nice. Need more shade and more loungers

We had a great stay at the Riale.. the hotel is a little old but it’s really good.. breakfast is great and the staff is very nice.. the location is great.. metro, grocery store is a waking distance. Actually you can have everything around the hotel.. I would definitely stay at the Riale again..

Hugo was amazing and so very helpful, the house keeping staff was excellent. I cant wait to come back next year and stay here again❤️

The service is great here and it's a nice hotel. One of the things that may be important to many is that the parking is $r31.50 which on the current race equate to a little under $5.56-$6.00 a day extra.

This is a nice and economical Hotel that offers parking as well. It is very close to the Metro station also.

Affordable property with lots of amenities. The staff was very kind with us, especially considering our Portuguese was minimal. Pros: -feijoada buffet on Saturday was delicious and well worth the price -the heated pool is excellent, feels like a hot tub -comfortable rooms with strong air conditioning and nice shower -friendly and kind staff who go above and beyond in courtesy Cons: -elevator closes very quickly (I know it sounds like an odd complaint but I got in the elevator and pushed the button and it immediately closed the doors very quickly, my friend didn’t have time to get in with me and we were comedically split up for a moment. No time to react basically!) -floor was mildly dirty in our room—I didn’t find an issue but my friend commented about it more than once) -the hallways with the rooms were oddly long and narrow Overall the cons were so minor I didn’t want to subtract a star for them. Very satisfied with the stay!! I’d come stay again without any hesitation.

The hotel staff are very accommodating from the people at the front desk to the people that clean your rooms.
