Reasonable hotel with friendly staff

Room is average condition, staff wasn’t very helpful.

Staff was excellent, very attentive! Location of the hotel wasn’t the best. Halls were a little creepy since the light would turn on one by one as you walk by, like in a horror movie, breakfast was delicious, parking was paid, which is weird since it’s not a downtown location with limited parking… All in all a good bang for the buck.

Most of what they offer was very good! Not just Good, but not excellent... The smal refrigerator did not work good. Milk we bought spoiled in 2 days... But Overall is was a very good stay!

Excessive use of single use plastic and lack of a designated smoking area. Otherwise excellent stay, staff, facilities and breakfast. The deck around the sauna could have a sign indicating the presence of a step - hazard potentially could cause falls.

Lobby was extremely hot, they don’t turn on the AC. My room wasn’t ready until 3pm even though the check in time is at 2pm, they said bed sheets were arriving late and made me wait in the lobby with no air conditioning.

O hotel tem boas instalações, ótimo café da manhã, piscinas bonitas, sala de jogos, quarto aconchegante, tv com opção de canais e ótima localização no centro da cidade de Atibaia. Como pontos críticos, ressalto a questão do ruído, onde é possível ouvir o som de pessoas falando, andando no piso superior, abrindo portas do armário, etc. Outro ponto, são os travesseiros muito baixos e duros na minha opinião.

Hotel aconchegante, com quartos confortáveis e boa limpeza. O bar do hotel tem ambiente sofisticado e agradável. O estacionamento é coberto.

Shower was terrible, food was very expensive for the bad quality, mattress was awful The only good was the breakfast overall Bad stay for the price!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Good and safe neighborhood, easy access to most parts of the city and lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. In my room, which was on the lower cost bracket, the bathroom was really tight, including the shower area, with no bathtub. But there's a nice living area with TV, dining table and comfortable loveseat. The pool area and fitness centers are nice. I think the cost benefit is great and I'll definitely stay here again!

New boutique-like hotel with adequate accommodations, great friendly staff, fantastic breakfast included, central location, and very reasonable rates. Without a doubt, the best deal in Atibaia.

They only have 220w plugs, which will blow up your hairdryer and iron in case you didn't buy this in Brazil. The hotel advertise a 24-hour restaurant service for in-room service, but they don't have a menu, making impossible to us to order anything. Food: reasonable. Bed and sheets: good.
