The pools fed by the waterfall made Hotel Mercedes stand out from anywhere else. Be aware that bad weather can effect the use. There was torrential rains while we were there, the pools had to be emptied and cleaned, but the couple days being able to use it were worth it. There is some snorkeling under and beside the dock. Visibility is poor. Don't make snorkeling the reason you come. Staff was very pleasant , especially the front desk.

It was a nice stay

Everything was perfect. The hotel is beatiful, has a beach just in front. When I get they I realized my tire was flat. The guys from the hotel took my car to fix it while I was out in a boat trip, they were simply amazing. Very good breakfast. Their restaurant water front is also very good. Prices are not cheap but it worth it.

The hotel is fantastic, better than expected. The area, the people and the hotel itself were awesome. The hotel has a restaurant and a private beach. The food was fantastic and the beach is clean and well taken care of. I recommend this hotel to everyone wants a get away from life stress.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel walking distance to Sino beach.

The Hotel Mercedes is a great older hotel, almost like a castle built into the rocks. The hotel is older but is in a quiet section of the island. They have a nice pier and swimming pool on the ocean and have great views from both. The breakfast buffet is nice and you are within a 10 minute walk of several other beaches.

Two nights at this hotel and price was fair. Breakfast was great!! Pool and deck literally at the beach it's majestic!!

Equipe muito prestativa

Café da manhã bom, porém meio desorganizado. Funcionários nao davam conta de atender os hospedes devido a forma que utilizam. Nao deixam talhares a disposicao, nao dao conta de repor na mesa. Fica meio tumultuado, com alimentos no prato sem conseguir comer. Hotel lindo, drcoracao medieval e funcionarios extremamente gentis.

Tudo muito incrivel

A localização do hotel é excelente. Os funcionárias são muitos educados e extremamente prestativos. O hotel como um todo tem uma estrutura espetacular e encantadora. O café da manhã é excepcional, com pães caseiros, frutas, bolos,...tudo de muita qualidade e fresco.

A estádio no geral foi boa, os funcionários atenciosos, mas higienizaćão deixa muito a desejar. O banheiro estava horrivelmente sujo, paredes cheias de limo e mofo. No dia do check-in fiquei tão imcomodado com o banheiro que fui ao mercado com minha esposa, e comprei limpa limo e passei em todo o banheiro. Incrivelmente todo o limo e mofo sairam, as paredes que estavam todas pretas no rejunte, ficaram brilhando, o cheiro de mofo que era insuportável sumiu. Infelizmente falta capricho e zelo. Falta alguém com amor ao que faz para vistoriar os quartos e cobrar manutenção. O Hotel é incrível, mas nesse quesito abandonado. Outro ponto terrivel é o barulho do ar condicionado parace um trator dentro do quarto.

Todo atendimento que eu e minha família tivemos por parte dos colaboradores do hotel, fui maravilhoso, a estrutura muito boa mesmo, com certeza este hotel sempre será minha primeira opção em hospedagem na ilha.

Os quartos são simples ...mas confortaveis ...o hotel é bem bonito vale a pena conhecer..
