Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. The pool was a decent size and it’s only a 10-15 walk to the beginning of the strip and a 24 hour shop across the road which was handy.

Nice location with spacious, clean rooms. The pool was large and easy to access. Only problem we had was the heat, however air con was available it was just fairly expensive at €7 per unit per day

Basic but perfectly fine apartment; you get what you pay for. There are restaurants and mini markets closeby; beach, pubs, supermarkets, etc. are within walkable distance.

The rooms could do with updating but this hotel is more than adequate for singles or young couples on a budget who intend to spend more time enjoying Napa's fine beaches and local bars and restaurants, than expecting a 4/5 star experience. There is a 24/7 mini-market directly opposite which will meet the needs of those in need of late night snacks, smokes etc. Walking distance to the central area of Napa, which has plenty of bars and restaurants that will satisfy the food needs of most. For those that need their staple junk food, there is a Pizza Hut, KFC Maccy D's etc in the same area. Sadly, a lot of the places have closed in the 15+ years since I last visited Napa, but the atmosphere is still pleasant, made so by the accommodating and friendly Cypriot (and other European) service staff. The team at the Florea are happy to let you get on with enjoying your stay without being intrusive (thank you Dio). The pool, although I didn't make use of it, appeared beautifully clear and it's nice that you can sit by it on return from an evening out, and take in the usually clear (Summer/Autumn time) star lit skies. This is not a hotel one books for the balcony views. As said before, it's a hotel setup for self-caterers. I visited during the tail end of the season - early/mid October - and it was appropriately quiet, but still with a few British and Scandinavian residents. I would visit again precisely because it is comfortable enough for the money and I think overall, good value.

+ great location good room size clean friendly staff parking - additional pay for air con £8 per day internet available only at the reception/ lounge area and not in the rooms Overall I was happy with our stay, hotel is very basic but clean and safe. The location is great, only walking distance to pubs, restauranta and clubs and in the same time is very quite. If you are looking for a cheap, basic hotel then I can recommend it.

I stayed at Florea with 4 friends on a party holiday to Ayia Napa. The owner and staff are extremely accommodating and helped to make our experience in the hotel very enjoyable. The rooms are pretty basic, with all the amenities you would expect. The pool area is good and the guys play music most of the day, which is pretty cool. Although the bar was advertised as a swim up pool bar, don't expect this as the bar is separate entirely. The location was great for us as it's about a 10 minute walk to the strip, has a convenience store right outside and a decent take away round the corner. The slight negatives would be that the rooms were not cleaned in the entire week we were there (including no bed sheet changes) and that WiFi was basically only accessible around the bar/pool area. Overall, the hotel was ideal for a group on a party holiday and at the price you can't really go wrong. It's also worth noting that most of the slightly more upmarket hotels (Christabelle is round the corner) will let you in there to use their pools and bar should you want to anyway as long as you buy a few drinks.

Hotel apartments were excellent for the price and pool was nice with very friendly staff. Parking was in the shade and not far from the beech by car or 15 min walk. The problem is the walls are so thin you here every knock and bang on the doors and it didn't help when we had a young set of immature lads staying when we did running up and down knocking on each other's doors until all hours. No lights in stairs.

Florea Hotel Apartments is a nice facility, located walking distance to downtown. The facility is perfect for extended stays in Ayia Napa as their are basic cooking facilities and a fridge in each of the rooms. It is certainly not a luxury resort, but the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Worst shower in the world - barely a trickle. No remote for the air con/heater so not able to use it and staff nowhere to be seen. Internet was not able to be used in my room as too far away from router and could not find staff to change room.

Cleanliness was very poor especially in the bathroom where the bath tube was broken and stained and the floor tiles were very dirty as well. A lot of drainage smell in the bath room. upon bringing it to the notice of the staff in charged he said the hotel is old and nothing much can be done about it. The cupboards have a moldy drain pipe running through it. WiFi only available at the pool bar. Pool was also very dirty and the water was green with moss.

There was not much to brag about what service concern at this apartment hotel. During three days stay: No cleaning, no change of towels, no emptying of trash, no complementation of toilet paper. There was only cold water, so showering was excluded. The one and only person present of staff to serve customers had no authority. Not even access to the depot / warehouse for toilet paper. It cost 7 Euros extra per day for using the heat pump. It was located in the bedroom, and gave little effect on temperature in the living room. The temperature in the living room was around 15 degrees Celsius, so there was no pleasure to be indoors in late November. With operational heat pump the temperature came up to 18 degrees. It was not possible to rent an electric heater for the living room / kitchen There were no saucepan, and no frying pan. Utensils in general were very deficient. Among other, it was only one spoon in the kitchen drawer. Cooking was therefore excluded. Even boiling water, unless we after having noted lack of cooking equipment, got an electric kettle. The hotel had big nice rooms. In addition swimming pool for both adult and children. With an owner who had understood the importance of meeting customer requirements, customer satisfaction, customer service and maintenance standard, the hotel had undoubtedly could have had a good reputation and become a place you visited again. But for me - never more. Reasonable price, but no service and much one missed.

Florea Hotel Apartments, although very basic, was just what was required. It is very close to several supermarkets, a bank and tavernas. Breakfast was limited, and the bar although remaining open throughout the day, had a limited range of refreshments. The staff were friendly. Be warned; your bed and bath linen are not changed until you depart.
