The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel clean and my room and bathroom well supplied with all necessary items. An excellent stay with a good breakfast in a central location.

Staff is super awesome and helpful. Some Spanish is helpful. Pretty chill spot and great location out of el central but close enough to walk to everything. Open interior overlooks the restaurant area. Only note on the free breakfast is they charge for any meats and pastries you request.

La ubicacion esta excelente, encuentras de todo a unos pasos, el area muy segura, incluso caminado de noche. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y muy tranquilas y limpias y el personal muy amable. El servicio del restaurante tambien es muy rico. Quedamos muy satisfechos, muy recomendado

The staff are very friendly. The room was very nice. The staff have limited English but with Google translate it was easy to overcome.

Great location and very helpful and professional staff. This is my go to hotel when I come to Oaxaca, I have stayed at least six times already. It is locally owned and that is very important to me.

Soy cliente del hotel de hace mas de 5 años, y por primera vez le fui a solicitar una almohada extra al personal de recepción y me indico que no habían llegado los blancos, pero que para que la quería si solo me iba a quedar una noche.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are no elevators in the hotel so if you have mobility issues you will need to stay on the ground floor. The free continental breakfast was only coffee, hot water, teas, and cookies. Not very good, but the menu options were good. I would stay there again. I loved it.

The room is very noisy as it is next to the dining area and it is all open and they play music constantly. The breakfast was fine but very slow. From start finish would take about an hour to arrive and it was only eggs. One day I had to leave halfway through as I had to go on an excursion so went on a day trip with no breakfast.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of town, very safe and convenient. The hotel is well maintained, and the staff is amazing. Special thanks to the front desk, Patricia in particular, that went out of her way to accommodate our requests and was a total sweetheart. I would definitely come back, we never wanted to leave !!

The hotel is close to everything. Lots of shopping and food options are close by. It is very clean and modern, however there are no elevators if you have mobility issues. You will need to make sure you get the ground floor.
