The bathroom was extremely small. No counter space at all which was surprising. Overall experience was good. Clean room. Friendly staff.

I didnt like that they market Burger with the hours ans the bar ans none of it was true. No bar no burger theory.

Decent hotel; difficult check in experience

Great option in Houston Everything was super clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The location is perfect to get around the city easily. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Always a good staycation in Houston and around so much! NRG only 14 minutes away!

Liked how walkable the area was. Didn't like the air conditioner not working properly and the stench of cigarettes being covered.

The lady at the desk for check in wasn’t nice or helpful. We got there at 1:30pm and she wouldn’t check us in, which is fine, we were early. But parking is in a garage that you need a key to access. I simply wanted to move my car to a real spot so it didn’t get towed. It annoyed her that I asked. Mind you, it’s $27 to park at THEIR hotel. She reluctantly let me pay and get a key to access the garage. But she gave me a key that didn’t work and I had to back my car out of there and go back in and ask for a new one. And if you’ve ever seen their basement garage, it’s hard to back out of. The room itself was nice with comfy beds and the hotel breakfast was one of the nicest I’ve seen.

Breakfast buffet is good. Restaurant does not open for dinner. A/C broke the first night however it was fixed the next day. Didn’t feel safe to walk around the area.

The hotel overall was great. The suite we were in could benefit from a little TLC. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and the staff that took care of the buffet were on their game both mornings.
