Check in took a long time, but the hotel was just fine. Breakfast is expensive, but the location was good and parking was provided.

It’s my second time staying there . 2 things it can improve the towels are old and only 2 towels are given per room . I would like couple more towels and a newer towels. The staff was great .. That a gentleman working on breakfast tall .. very good worker … I dint get his name but he is Amazing .

Although the room was comfortable and the beds clean, property wasn’t.

The hotel itself it’s lovely. The staff is super friendly and helpful, it’s clean and the rooms are comfortable. The only downside is that is very, very far from the downtown so it takes a while to go anywhere near the city and it can be expensive.

It’s a basic, clean room. Staff is friendly. The location is not great. It’s hidden in a street where the return from the freeway is kind of far. Otherwise, good stay.

The bathrooms need exhaust fans and better cleaning. The bathroom was full of mildew.

Good hotel, they don't have any gym, nice bed. The only problem was the air conditioner that was not working. I called the front desk and they offered to change my room, but I was so tired that I denied it. Except that, my stay was great.

Café muito bom, funcionários atenciosos, estacionamento no local, porém não disponibilizam nem mais toalhas de rosto. Sabonete, 1 só por casal. Tudo tem que ser solicitado como extra. Chega a ser cansativo isso.

Quarto limpo e aconchegante.

Hotem extremamente confortável, limpo, quarto confortável e livre de qualquer ruido. Estacionamento com bastante vagas, recepção acessível e atendimento carismático. O acesso (anel rodoviário) e um caso a parte. Mas isto naobtem qualquer relação com o hotel. Evite horários de pique.

Estacionamento de facil acesso, mas senti falta de ter uma cobertura para os carros, pois ficam ao ar livre.

Hotel limpo, cama bem confortável e o café da manhã variado . Excelente para quem está de passagem .

Check in muito demorado, recepção prescisa de treinamento pra atendimento ao cliente. Sistema que o ibis usa parece não ter integração com hotéis.com, funciona não sabia confirmar a reserva e pagamento pela plataforma. Quando pedimos informações sobre usar pratos ou talheres a recepção não sabia informar. Funcionário que si destaca e o Douglas do restaurante muito atencioso ao mínimos detalhes e bastante prestativo. Infelizmente não posso dizer o mesmo dos demais.
