Majestic hotel in center of Karlovy Vary.

Super relaxing. Spa choices elite. Food choices elite. It’s a walk to the city center with a massive incline on the way back so be in shape or take the transport provided by the hotel.

The hotel was nice and provided an old world charm. The spa was clean and had many service options. The food was okay, except the Restaurant Paris which was exzellent. The service throughout was a bit slow and not warm.

Very outdated hotel. Furniture in the rooms are from communist era. Spa looks like old hospital from bad movie

We loved this place it was amazing . I would say the only thing I didn’t like was how far it is from everything. The transit is pretty great though and it doesn’t take long to get to the city centre .

Very sharp, professional, helpful and friendly staff. I visited Karlovy Vary more than 10 times in the last decade and stayed in the other six hotels in the city. I can say for sure that hotel Imperial has the best accommodations among them.

This is a very nice old hotel with great service and variety of spa treatments.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. We were guests four years ago and so to come back has been a great privilege.

Beautiful building in nice surroundings with lovely views over the valley. The reception staff were efficient and helpful. We ate in all three restaurants during our stay. The food was OK and fairly typical of the area but beware of extras! We were charged 5 euros for tap water, which frankly, is taking the p***. Also, 20 euro/night for parking a car on top of the room price seems excessive given that the hotel isn't in the centre of town.

The hotel is dated, needs updates but it has its own charm so many will like it as it is a traditional old style building All in all I was very disappointed Rooms are large but cold at night we had 2 rooms booked we could not sleep at night due to been very cold complained to the front desk and they couldn't do anything so waiting till the morning and had a lengthy chat with the manager( Blanka) who in the end managed to switch the heating on which helped and offered a free spa treatment which I think was good customer service The overall feel was not great alot of staff don't speak English so it is difficult to communicate, I felt most staff other then front desk need a lot of customers service training as they are very rude and abrupt and don't have any training to deal with customers Even at the desk when we checked in the lady on reception said people in this region are different and can be rude !! I will not stay in this hotel again to sum up things I moved to another hotel in town and it is fabulous

Clean hotel, rooms are cleaned every day. Many rooms have balconies. It is overlooking green hills and air around is clean and fresh. We slept with open windows. Rooms are huge, same with bathrooms. Nice furniture in the room. Free transportation to take you down to colonnades. This is a Spa town. Many people come to Karlovy Vary to enjoy hot springs and healing water. Hotel offers good quality home made food buffet style 3 times a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can get SPA procedures of your choice and see the medical specialists as part of hotel services.

Lovely spacious property with a beautiful yard and a funicular connection to downtown. Awesome spa and relaxed atmosphere. Great breakfast, warm and uncrowned pool. Highly recommend. The rooms are huge and quiet.

Overall we had a great experience. The room had a nice view. It was spacious and clean. The wellness Center was not impressive. The sports center seemed nice as well as the tennis courts. The hotel offers free public transport pass which brings you to the city center in just 2 minutes.
