Tv doesn't works, not enough outlets in the room. AC not works properly. Not enough space to park my car.So many cars and not space to park.

Great location. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Front desk says was very helpful and went beyond expectations to help us communicate with the bus company where we lost a bag. Restaurant has a nice view from the dining room. Breakfast buffet was nice.

The old and german style gives a different experience to the traveller.

No hidden fees.. no extra for parking.. no extra for breakfast and so on... Traditional hotel in Joinville with german thematic. A lot better than some budgets nearby.

Location... room are.clean in general big rooms but old fashion.. very old furnitures.. but according with the price isnt bad

It is uniquetly styled in an old fashioned way (german). Food is excellent. Wifi could be better but still works

We liked the location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The bed was hard and loud party music above us and loud street noise kept us awake the first night. We asked for a room change and it was made and we slept better the next night.

Alguns funcionários antipaticos

Hotel super bem localizado no Centro de Joinville e ao lado de um shopping, apesar de ser antigo está em ótimo estado de conservação, o apartamento é amplo e bem cuidado, a limpeza era boa. O café da manhã é bem diversificado. Super recomendo!

O estacionamento lotou pouco antes de voltarmos a noite ao hotel e tivemos que dar uma grande volta para poder estacionar num terreno em frente.

Os estacionamentos não comportam a demanda (e o hotel nem estava cheio). Para hospedagem de mais de um dia não fazem a arrumação do quarto, não trocam as toalhas, sabonetes, papel... (se precisar de algo tem que descer e pegar na recepção).
