Very clean, lovely staff, clear instructions. Easy check-in and walkable for things to do near by. Metro station is also nearby and everything worked fine.

The carpet in the room was old and warn and I did not like to walk on it without shoes on. The room was also significantly smaller and of poor quality with missing light bulb from bedside light. Not great.

Nice little spot in the heart of Paris at a decent cost. Courteous staff and very good if you are not a fussy person. Clean although carpets are a bit worn.

Friendly staff. Wonderful location. The only downside is the lack of elevator. Specially if your room is in the 3+ floor!

It says there is free breakfast however there isn't. There is no elevator. VERY loud. Don't plan to get sleep. They don't provide towels unless you ask. Hallway lights are out in some areas.

Very friendly staff, great location and super close to the transport options, felt safe in the location. The rooms were dated but clean! A kettle and small fridge in the room was handy.

The room was small. Like really small. I was charged 17.50 euro for breakfast the first morning. But then I was charged 11 euro the second morning. Why was I overcharged?

Amazing, amazing location and staff is very nice. Hotel is a bit musty and old. Pillows and bed not so comfortable- but you only sleep there and you’re in the middle of beautiful Paris so … not so bad. It’s autumn, so heaters were on and room got super hot. If you open windows due to stuffiness, you will get mosquito bites. I had hoped the room was nicer and it would be great if coffee or Nescafé was in the room ( instead of having to go downstairs) . Overall great trip but probably won’t stay here the next time.

Room was quaint. Very European. Spacious. Quite a walk up stairs.

Overall the room was ok. Carpet needs to be replaced bad. Smallest shower I’ve ever used. When asked if I could get an extra pillow and another towel they were hesitant. Was told they would see. After some checking on the computer they decided they had an extra towel. Room was musty and shower had mold. Location was the best part of hotel.

The hotel D'Win by far has the best location which was a highlight for us. It is so convenient to restaurants and shopping and that allowed us to have more time to explore the area. The staff was so kind and helpful. They have a breakfast area for quick coffee, tea, pastry, etc. We will definitely be returning to this lovely hotel.

A Marais bargain. Not fancy but clean with a helpful staff and well located.

The staff are friendly and willing to help so close to all kinds of shops and yet walking distance to many of the big sites I would go back. Thanks
