Great clean place to stay overnight for the price

Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Very clean nice place to stay

The America's Best Value Inn was adequate for our stay. From the prior reviews of other motels in the area, this one was just fine. The room and bathroom were clean. There is no elevator so we had to haul our large suitcases up the stairs (we're on a long road trip with a cooler etc..) The front desk clerk was very friendly. The best part was the pizza place across the street! LOL! For an overnight stay it suited our needs.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful and the guest laundry was very reasonably priced.

Bed and Pillows were good. The place was quiet even for being on the main drag of Hines. Breakfast was adequate, not great but not bad. Check in was a breeze very helpful lady.

The hotel staff was polite and hotel was clean and quiet.

My first trip to Burns and your hotel. My husband had stayed here 3 years ago said it was so clean, reasonable.

I’ll kick this off by saying that if you’re just looking for a place to stop in for the night, this place is quiet and relatively comfortable. We stopped in to rest and split up a long road trip. The desk clerk was nice and made check in quick and easy. The only issue we had was that once we got to the room, there were remnants from the previous tenants. There was a used, half drank, cup of coffee on the mini fridge next to the coffee maker and when I opened the fridge, there was someone else’s half eaten leftovers hanging out with a Marie Calendars pot pie in the freezer. Though the rest of the room appeared clean, it was just off putting and made us wonder what else might have been left behind. Probably won’t stay here again.

We arrived at 11pm and had to knock on manager’s door for 5 minutes before she answered. She was very rude and angry for waking her up. This morning we went to check out and she didn’t even speak to us. Very rude, the rooms are very old and dated.

Customer service at check in was the opposite of friendly and welcoming

Although I didn't use it the pool looked clean & quite large for the number of rooms. The breakfast was very convenient & a good selection for a self-service set up. The rooms were clean and there was a large cleaning crew in the morning so I can see why

Check out is @11am, was woken up at 9:45am for house keeping then again about 30 min later. The day of check out. What’s the point of asking for your vehicle make and model, or 11am check out time if they’re just gonna do what they want in the first place? Also vacuuming the hallways around 9am? When some people are sleeping ruined my whole sleeping in. They definitely need to work on that!
