We had a three bedroom, 2 bath unit for 6 people. The location is excellent and host very responsive. The space was roomy and had all that we needed. There is a washer/ dryer combo that fits a days worth of clothing for all 6 of us. All units require you to go upstairs. There is a small elevator to help get bags up and down or for someone who can't/ doesn't want to use stairs. There are towels and a stater kit with toilet prayer and kitchen cleaning needs. There are no washcloths (we brought loofah with us). There is a small grocery across the street and a larger one around the corner. Everything is walkable. We would stay here again if we come back to visit. Since we bought a package with flights and stay for 6, I'm not sure what the lodging actually cost by itself.

Excellent unit in a lively location close to a lot of landmarks and shopping. Highly recommended.

The location of the apartment was good and close to many amenities. Check even it was until 4pm but was easy.

The space was great and had an excellent location. The host was very welcoming and easy to talk to. The only thing I’d mention is that the bathrooms are slightly small and not too comfortable but you can make do.

Great location for a family with easy access to everything in walking distance, safe and not too loud at night. Property was really nice to stay with everything needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. Taxi stop is few blocks down and so are many restaurants and supermarkets. Only con is the tiny elevator and stairs, but rest is awesome and added color to the amazing time in Barcelona!

We had a great time staying at this location for a week. Central location and good location to explore the city. Apartment is well maintained and having laundry was very convenient.

Excellent location, clean flat with nice linens and towels. The stairs and common area smell like trash but the actual apartment did not + in the am you could smell the scent of the bakery downstairs

We had the three bedroom top floor apartment. The bedrooms are spread out so everyone had privacy. The teenagers stayed out late and because of the layout, noise wasn’t a problem, and they were safe coming home late. The balcony is large with comfortable furniture and views of the city. Furniture is comfortable and the apartment is tastefully decorated. All rooms (including living room and dining room) have floor and/or table lamps in addition to overhead, and the rooms are spacious compared to other city apartments. We were so comfortable and relaxed. Each room has its own thermostat, so we were able to stay warm without overheating (we were there during a cold spell in November). The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped—we were able to fix a nice meal for six, and sat comfortably at the table. Things to be aware of: There were no extra blankets (we slept with the heater on so we were warm enough); The lids didn’t fit the pots in the kitchen; There were no instructions for the appliances, so it took us a minute to figure out how to use the stove and washer, (we couldn’t work the built-in dryer but there is a big drying rack so we hung our clothes to air dry). The property managers responded to email, but there is nobody on-site, so responses aren’t immediate; Shampoo and bar soap are provided, but no lotion or hair conditioner, so bring your own if this is something you like. Overall, we loved this apartment and had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend it!

We experienced multiple bites experienced during our 3-night stay at Aspasios Rambla Catalunya Suites. Several members of our group were affected, and the bites required pharmacy treatment and later a doctor’s visit. We reported this at checkout and provided clear photo evidence of the bites. The property advised that both their maintenance team and an external company found “no evidence,” but no inspection reports or documentation were ever shared. For a health and safety matter, greater transparency would have been expected. The issue also required significant follow-up through Hotels.com before any resolution was reached. Good location, but based on our experience, travellers should be aware that health and safety concerns were not handled with adequate clarity or urgency.
