It is on a side street, Patong area. Just 5 minute walk to Jungceylon Mall. 10 minutes to Patong Beach. The terrain is quite crowded with tourists. The receptionist was very friendly and responsive. She gave us room on the 2nd floor near the stairs to ease me, because my very heavy suitcase. He also helped carry my suitcase to the second floor because there is no lift.
