A great location to the center of Shinjuku. Would be my comfort hotel for the next Japan trip!

This is my second time staying here, as always the room is clean, friendly staff, good location and near to walk from hotel to Shinjuku Station and many restaurants, also Seven Eleven and Family Mart as well.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. The location is near the central area, with many restaurants around the hotel, as well as Family Mart and Lawson. They have various room types, so we can choose which room size is suitable for us. As the hotel is also near the train station, we can go everywhere easily.

Best stay in shinjuku . Near the main road and its about 10 minutes walk to the station and mall .

stayed here every time I visited Tokyo. Still the best choice, near Shinjuku JR station and close to Nishi Shinjuku Metro station. restaurant and convenient stores everywhere. although the room is a bit small but still okay. not to mention there's free coffee at the lobby (free flow) :)

the hotel is very strategically located, located in the center of the crowd. there are plenty of food places like ichiran, matsuya etc. at any time can enjoy coffee through a coffee machine located near the reception.

The hotel is right behind the cemetery, and I happen to be placed right in front of the cemetery (this review is not in traveloka). The rooms are not satisfactory because we have to take our own sanitary needs that have been placed in the lobby. I bought a breakfast package, and that was the biggest regret. Because of the service, the taste of the food and the variation of food is very, very, very bad. I bought a breakfast package a week, but only used 2 days, because their service was too severe. That is all my review, hopefully it can help other travelers' decisions, because there are still many hotels with better prices and quality.

Standard room bookings .. Clean and staff always help because they speak English well. Check in hotels in Japan are always above 3 hours (so leave the suitcase straight way because the hotel arrives at 10am in the morning to get in). Wifii is okay, rooms are cleaned every day, if you are tired, you can take a bath, near Shinjuku Station (Exit East exit B16) 7-10 minutes walk, Near 7eleven, near Ramen Ichiro Halal. Overall, OK, I need to use the bathroom in Hong Kong so this is still okay.

The location is champion, there are many restaurants and it is close to shinjukuku station. Check-in is fast and there is a transfer service for our suitcases to the hotel / other places if we carry a lot of luggage.

The hotel location is close to shinjuku station, around the hotel are many restaurants and mini markets. At that time our room flushed the toilet there was a problem, the hotel immediately helped repair it and we moved rooms, the hotel staff were very friendly.

room is too narrow and dark. bathtub is placed too high and narrow, risk of easily falling down.
