The price offered shall help them to serve better. The smell of the old wooden furnitures in cold weather was oddly uncomfortable. No fan was installed hence no air ventilation except to rely to the window. The ceiling of the toilet was chapped and disgusting, not to name the wall near the sink that was horribly dirty. No hot water at the sink and you need to wait around 10 mins to get the shower pours hot water. The towels provided was disgusting as ugly kitchen cloth, torn and weary. There was carpet inside the lift, when it rained and wet, imagine the smell we had to face from the inside. However, the room was spacious and soundproof. The sink in the toilet was big and it helped for travellers with babies to bath.

Very close to the road. So noisy at night. I could close the windows but there will no ventilation. No aircond whatsoever. Also, there's no plug points provided except for the TV and in the bathroom. Seriously, do we still live in the 80s?..

The staff specifically the front desk guy (I forgot his name) was really accommodating and easy to talk too. He provides our request for change room immediately. This is better than other budget hotel in Tanah Rata. The rooms and bathrooms are both spacious and beds are big. The only downside of this hotel is that it is a bit old and the faucet and shower handles are not working properly. Maybe just need a maintenance for this including toilet cleanliness. Overall stay was good. Location is perfect.

ok. suitable for simple family

I used to stay at this hotel. Sy given a room with no view, narrow room even family room. With 4 children and small children I think the hotel should not give me a small room because of the family room habit that I can have windows and outdoor and wider views. This is my 5th time staying at the hotel planters. And I think there are still empty spaces for family quadripple that have windows / views but are not given the room. Only one window is in the toilet. Previously I was patient when my previous hotel in the hotel had no water heater shower (maybe damaged), water was less because the hotel said there was a problem with water pressure. But not this time. Please let the hotel know more. The room I got was not as described when booking because there was no window. The cleanliness of the floor is not as important.
