Great place

This was the second occasion we visited this hotel prior to getting the ferry in Santander, which is a short 17 mins drive away. We found the hotel extremely well run by very friendly staff and, fortunately for us, all the reception staff spoke very good English. Our booking included a continental breakfast, an optional extra for an evening meal was an open buffet. This was very reasonably priced with a wide choice, and we would thoroughly recommend it. Will definitely us visit again in the future. Extremely good value all round

Very handy to the ferry port at Santander. (A 20 minutedrive). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We used the free Spa which was good. The evening meal was a buffet, which was pretty standard but the breakfast was excellent with fresh orange juice and bacon and eggs cooked freshly for us. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a very well presented hotel but the air conditioning plant was near to the window could or done with placing it elsewhere but nice place apart from that 👍

Only a quick one night stay over. Late check in and early start. Parking sufficient and room was more than adequate. Only disappointing fact was no Water in room or kettle.

Parking is uncertain when hotel is busy.

Lovely hotel, our third visit, but room this time was smaller and darker, aggravated by much noise and difficult car parking problems due to a massive weekend car rally.

We arrived after 11pm because of a delayed flight but the reception staff immediately made us welcome and checked with the restaurant to ensure that we could still have a meal (which was delicious and very good value). The hotel is very handy if, like us, you are travelling from Santander airport and do not want to go back into the city to find a hotel.

El spa, lo acogedor que es el hotel, todo en general

Habitación y excelente. La comida en hotel muy buena, tanto en desayuno, comidas y cenas. Cabe destacar la diversión para niños con chiquipark y el amplio horario de acceso a los niños al spa. Repetiremos sin dudar.

Bel hôtel, spa très sympa, parking spacieux et gratuit. Par contre le petit-déjeuner n'est pas dans les standards espagnols, c'est très moyen

Es un hotel al que le sobra una estrella. Correcto pero desfasado. El colchón súper duro, la almohada un rompe cuellos, las sábanas parecían lijas y ducharse era una odisea porque la mampara no hacía su cometido y encharcaba todo el baño.
