I like nothing in this property

Backpacker and guesthouse share property they talk rude not nice first I park my car then they said parking is full but is not full. And the manager also talk very rude my checkout is 11 am they want me to checkout 5 am. Waste of money. I ask why you want me to check out 5am manager talk rude and not answer my ?

La cama no es súper cómoda pero por el precio es bueno por el espacio.

Good place to stay

The guesthouse is outdated in style, and the bed was uncomfortable due to its high pillow and soft, cushioned mattress. The recommended restaurant did not serve tasty food. The price of the breakfast is not reasonable at 7 dollars. Don't provide breakfast, and no air conditioning in the room. I was too hot in the room during the afternoon.

Old, very noisy guests at night (past 11pm). Staff didn’t know where hair dryer was.

The area is easy to access historical points. The hotel lights...needs to be updated

Chill and relaxing. I had a private room with bathroom.

Laid back place. Nice people. Safe location close to many good places.

Bathroom is shared and is not clean Parking is limit if you get there late you may not be able to get one spot because is very limit Rooms are not the cleanest

I mean the price is hard to beat, so there’s that. The hotel is in ok state, not great not terrible and ultimately it is priced accordingly (in my dates).

The experiences was good. The personal were helpful to solve all the needs that I had. The price of my stay was great.

I was in a room facing the entrance street. The cars were noisy.

After staying there for so many years . There were some slight issues with the rooms and staffing. But overall things got some what better. I reported that there were ants in my bathroom and bed and was hoping that they would address the issue after speaking with the lady. She offered me a different toom but i like the room because it had a balcony. I booked another night and was denied . I personally feel that after i made a review tbe yound lady who works mornings with the glasses i don't recall hwr name because she is very unfriendly and approachable it makes me very uncomfortable. She never smiles and she is very short. I even told hwr about the ants and her exact words were its a tropical country and thats how it goes. She denied my stay and told me that i was not welcomed in the future. To my knowledge i don't know of any problems or issues. I have put lots of money into that place and their restaurant. Its sadly that customer service has gone down the drain. I love costa rica guest house and was very disappointed that she has basically banned me from staying there. I am a home owner in costa rica. I basically stip in san jose to see friends and to take care of business. I wish them all the best!

I think the one lady with the glasses who works in the morning shift. Her personality isn't very friendly . She never smiles and has a very dull approach which is pleasant. Otherwise the staff is good.
