I waited 10 mins to be served , the receptionist busy doing her own business. No welcome nor welcome. No microwave oven even though there a Italian restaurant . Outside renovating lucky weekend renovation halted

Nice hotel, friendly staff, free car parking, reasonable prices, below average breakfast, clean and quiet. However, WiFi signal was very poor in the room. In addition, breakfast could be improved, and hotel location was not great. Bare in mind that check in time is 3 PM.

We stayed at the family room during visit to Verona. I chose this hotel to cut down the drive to Verona and difficulty to navigate inside the city. The room was OK and the free breakfast was not bad at all. The only drawback for this hotel was because its location it lacks good restaurants nearby, but the super market chain store was only 5 minutes driving or 15-20 min walking.

If you are tiered and need to sleep ,, don't stop here ,, it's actually worth falling asleep at the wheel, the hospital bed will be more comfortable and the breakfast will definitely be better,,,!!!! And I'm certain the ward manager won't make the staff cry

The room was clean, the bathroom was very nice, the room and hallway are dark, need updating.

We booked a 4-bed room and our room was not in the hotel but in a small building behind the hotel, quite strange. the childrens beds were one on top of the other and very uncosy.

very nice hotel. nice restaurant. interenet works fine not a high end hotel but very well located and clean. bad part is that in the morning there is no one that speaks english at the reception

Nice hotel easy to find from the motorway. Staff very professional and guests friendly. Breakfast was very good with variety of food.Maybe to include some vegetables to the breakfast menu. Rooms were clean.

My business stay for 10 days with very good location near the motorway, close to Mantova, Verona city centers, not far from Garda lake and mountains. Large parkplace, restaurant in hotel or in the nearby villages. Very reasonable nearly excellent service for very good price.

This hotel was perfect for my travelling needs. It was a great price, with late check-in, incredibly close to the motorway for access and a lovely breakfast. Plus great staff. I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks.

This hotel was fantastic. It was about a twenty minute drive from Verona, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was clean, the restaurant for dinner was fantastic, the breakfast was very, very good and included in our stay. The staff was great, our room was clean and roomy and we regretted not finding hotels this good for all of the cities we visited. For anyone going to Verona who has a car to drive into the city, please stay here, you won't regret it.

Nice hotel - 15 min. away from Verona center. Nice staff, decent room. Breakfast good enough, free parking is bonus.

When we arrived, we were given an apartment at the back of the hotel, behind the kitchens. The air-cons in the apartment were not working properly; one noisy and the other not at all, so we had to have the windows open. The noise from the kitchens' industrial air-con units kept us awake during the night. We complained in the morning and were moved to a room in the main hotel which was far better and gave us a good night's sleep. There were also a lot of powerfully smelling 'pot-pourri' pots in the apartment which we didn't like.

Le parking est pratique, le personnel agréable. Chambre mal insonorisé( joint de fenêtre à remplacer. Prix du petit déjeuner un peu excessif. J’ai testé la chambre simple, lit petit et chambre pas très grande non plus.
