If you want genuine hospitality, don't go here. The rudest dark haired girl on the counter, who didn't smile, and made you feel like you didn't deserve to be there was a horrible experience to endure. Other than that, the rooms were modern and pretty good. Heard someone get thrown out of their room and bang on their door for 5mins after a domestic. The walls are thin too. I'm sure there are better places in Wagga to stay. Don't make the same mistake I did. Finding somewhere more welcoming and hospitable would make your Wagga experience much better than the horrible first impression I had from here.

Apologies on original review, for different motel. I thought I had already provided review on this one. Yes would stay again, very friendly staff, only one night stop over but very happy and in convenient location. I had no issues with parking.

Great experience at the Club Motel and Apartments in Wagga Wagga. The location is conveniently placed next to the local marketplace, and is in close proximity to many different restaurants and cafes. The parking is super easy, and is right to the door - with a handy lot next door, should the main one be full. The room I received was on the ground floor, and mostly very quiet - the shower pressure was good, and the bed was super comfortable.

Horrendous business. Wouldn’t send me our booking confirmation in October last year. Said they were waiting for their prices to be set on 01/01/25. Numerous calls following up during January. Still allegedly hadn’t set their prices as of 25/01. Blamed manager on holidays and personal issues. Then (just weeks out from NSW Touch Football State Cup) they cancelled our booking. No doubt they will jack up their prices during this ‘sold out’ period and make double. A complete joke of a business and an utter embarrassment to the town of Wagga Wagga?! If you value integrity this ain’t your place. Avoid like the plague.

The Club Motel saved my bacon during the busiest accomodation week of the year. I called at 9pm after trying all over town for a spare room. The management and outstanding staff went out of their way to provide me a room at an extremely fair price. They saved me from a cold night sleeping in my car. The room was clean and comfortable. I know where I'll be booking next time I'm in town. This is not the first review like this here, and I'm sure it won't be the last. Thanks S.
