Das Hotel ist natürlich top für alle, die einen Event in den Westfahlenhallen, der Messe haben oder ein Dortmund-Spiel besuchen. Das Hotel biete alles, was man dann benötigt: schöne, sauber Zimmer, ein Restaurant, kurze Wege, freie Minibar (Nachschub auch an der Rezeption), usw. Frühstücksbuffet top.

We used the hotel as a base to travel into the city, due to Parking and local to the train station.

Amazing hotel close to Motorway and also very close to Signal Induna Park. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff always happy to help.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. I had asked for a high room with a specific view. I got exactly what I asked for. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Close to train station and “Signal Iduna Park”.

Very comfortably situated next to the fair grounds, so could leave the car at the hotel and walk up. Free parking until 12 hours after arrival. Good breakfast buffet. Fast and stable WiFi internet. Unfortunately limited restaurants at walking distance, but Strobel had perfect dishes and they accept credit cards. ( in German restaurants an adventure sometimes )

The beds are horrible two tiny beds squashed together with a tiny heavy comforter that makes you sweat like a pig falls off if turn over I complained to staff their answer this German style beds cannot do anything. No sleep 3 days glad to move out.

The restaurant and the bar was closed that evening.

Guests stucked in the lift didn't wait long for help but reaction of the staff shown it wasn't the first time it happened. The lift should have been out of service but wasn't and five minutes later it happened again to another guest. Rooms very comfortable and clean.

Lovely, helpful staff (both before & during our stay). Took delivery of tickets for us, and also took our bags to our room after we left them there when we arrived in Dortmund but before check-in opened. Hotel had great transport links as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with very comfortable bed, location is great and easy to drive to.

Dortmund is a fabulous city with great parks and lovely people. The hotel was exceptionally helpful, spoke fluent English. I was travelling with my daughter and because I could not leave the hotel at night the hotel offered me a couple of free beers for the room. Could not rate them highly enough

Clean hotel and near stadium. Was charged for “business package “ that includes breakfast incorrectly ($76 euro)and when I called them to make the adjustments, was advised had to email in the request. Odd that she couldn’t just credit it. Haven’t receive any responses to my email yet. One morning, someone came into room while we were sleeping , could have been cleaning staff but we’re not too sure.
