Our room did not include beach access which was an additional 20 euros. Had problems with AC and window blinds. Staff tried hard to make things ok. Breakfast was average.

Nice place to stay. They can probably do with a furniture update. Miould aroma was problematic apart from that the stay was great and the staff are friendly

This hotel was clean, extremely close to th beach, easy to park and to we could easily walk to my friend’s home from there. Great for easy beach experience, also close to beach shopping and beach rides and games .

Just a one day stay , hotel is on the beach road lots of beach space , the centre of Vasto is 2 to 3 km away uphill, we drove but there will be public transport , very few gift shops near the hotel. Get a room with a balcony , we had a table for snacks and drinks, the balconies on the first floor are enormous but only two of them , could have done with sun loungers , we ate out in the evening , but the breakfast was fine . No swimming pool so you have to like the beach.

Convenient bus access and beach. Friendly staff with information on navigating through the city.

the appearance of the lobby fools you. Rooms are small and shower is difficult to use. You cannot bend down to pick up soap. Air conditioning works poorly and you have to request it!

No complaints really except that it was an expensive place for what you get-- the staff was polite but impersonal and not overly friendly, the room was clean but nothing special. We booked because it was a very last minute booking and the only place available.

The hotel is really poor. There were no lights on in the corridors and it was though the hotel had closed down. We arrived back at the hotel at 11pm and all the doors were locked.again there were no lights on and we had to ring the buzzer to get someone to come and let us in. Very poor overall. No swimming pool either and non existant breakfast. There was a horrible fusty smell throughout the hotel.

We reserved 2 rooms - Upon arrival: Room 1: 2 towels supplied for 2 people; no glasses - how do they expect you to brush your teeth? or shower? Refrigerator not working. (This was reported on day one but never fixed.) Drapery hardware was broken...no way to keep curtains open to let in light. Grimy film over everything...(including bannister on the outside stairs...) one end table only. Other side of room had to use a chair. No matter because you still had to get out of bed in order to turn off the lights which were far from bedside. Three hangars in closet. After request we got more towels and two glasses - but had to request towels every day. Refrigerator never fixed. Room 2: same situation as above but refrigerator DID work; shower door was broken however and reported to management. Never fixed and subsequently fell on my daughter! when we informed the staff they merely shrugged! Expedia ad said that fee included lettini, umbrella, and beach towel. they refused to honor this - only after we showed them the ad did they begrudgingly honor...but of course no towel! DO NOT STAY HERE. Except for one person, the staff showed a lack of interest in our well being and satisfaction with the hotel. There are many, many different options here in Vasto.

It was very nice. The only thing was the air conditioning only worked at night so you couldn't stay in the room during the day. It was a hot summer with temps up to 37 degrees. Our room had a massive balcony though.

Great little place, 2 minute walk from the beach. We had a room with a view of the sea. Staff was great, I met Concetta(the owner. The front staff (Julia in particular) was very helpful. It is rated a 5 star but not to north american standards. I would rate this as a 3.5 stars.

We stayed just one night at this family-run hotel, but were treated well. It caters to retirees who are there on the full-board plan, and does a good job at what it does. A friendly crowd and nice management.

Purtroppo non una bella esperienza: camera decisamente sporca, assenza di bidè, donna delle pulizie che entra con la chiave mentre stiamo ancora dormendo. Unica nota positiva il personale della reception gentile, disponibile e sorridente.

Posto comodo vicino alla spiaggia

Mi spiace ma mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio, il bagno era dotato di due saponette e null'altro, la colazione consumata su tavoli con tovaglie già utilizzate e tranne una brioches sul tavolo poco di più. Si potrebbe offrire di più con poco impegno

Esperienza da non rifare, hotel datato e sporco, camere rappezzate di qua e di la, per non parlare della colazione scadente. La bambina voleva la cioccolata, la cameriera risponde è finita deve arrivare .

Ottima struttura personale gentile

Porta della doccia rotta, aria condizionata mal funzionante, lenzuola strappate. Ho fatte le valigie e me ne sono andato. Il personale mal presentato. Non valeva la pena neanche fare reclamo……
